The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling

I have used The Furnace Guy since the time that they went into business. I have used them for both custom home construction as well as commercial projects. They have always been very competitive in their pricing and have always done as advertised. They are very professional in their business dealings, and I would highly recommend them for all phases of HVAC services.

Called the Furnace Guys after AC stopped working during the heat wave. Technician who came out to do the diagnosis was Frank. He was extremely professional and respectful. Conducted a very thorough inspection to identify the issue, fixed it, then went over the system to ensure it was still the only issue. Frank was very i formative and described everything that was done. Through his professionalism, Frank has earned this company a loyal customer.

I recommend The Furnace Guy 100% for any Furnace work you might need, as my experience has been an that I can count on the Furnace Guy to conduct business with a great deal of Honesty, Integrity, Knowledge & Skill! They will come out quickly to diagnose a problem, they know what they're doing as far as helping keep costs for the customer low (ie; managed to get a warranty exchange on our very old heat exchanger, even though it was apparently a very difficult, and lengthy process for the manufacturer to even find one.), and they communicate regularly if there are any delays (or many delays as the case may be) to keep you in the loop. They are also happy to give discounts where they can, and give you some options at different price points, depending on what you need done. Finally, if the quote they give you is based on them thinking it will be more labor intensive than it actually is, they will let their office people know how long it took, and you'll only pay for the actual time involved. Most places would just stick with what they quoted you, regardless of how much work was really put in to it, but we ended up paying the Furnace Guy several hundred dollars less than the original quote, because the tech was able to complete the repair in half the time. I've never experienced that before, with any company that provided any kind of service. I couldn't be happier with a Furnace company & they will get ALL of my future business!!

I used The Furnace Guy to fix our water heater burner that would not stay lit. I was given there name from the Rheem company. They gave us a quick date to send a service person out. They send an email and text message when they are coming and when they finished the work. I needed a part that was not in this area, but they were on the phone and talked them in to getting the part expedited over the 4th of July weekend, and installed it today. The two professionals Thomas and Jake are highly recommended by me and are very personable and courteous.

Nothing short of professional. The Furnace Guy worked with me to ensure I got what I needed for my home. They worked with my schedule and were very communicative.

I've used The Furnace Guy for my HVAC requirements for about 6 years now. They take care of my annual Furnace and Air Conditioner check-ups and Water Heater replacements as well as maintenance issues that occasionally crop-up for my main home and rental units. This latest service was for Annual Furnace/Heater System check-ups. The service technician shows up on time, gets the work done and charges reasonable prices. Five stars across the board!

Frank, Thomas, & Charlie were great when installing our new furnace. Very efficient and professional! Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable when giving us an honest estimate for installation. Would recommend over and over and will be using them in the future!
