The Furnace guy performed in an outstanding manner. They were extremely professional and met or exceeded all my expectations. A team of installers ensured they met all requirements and completed the job in one day. I also liked that The Furnace Guy collaborated with an established electrical contractor. That resulted in additional confidence in the total job because they had the right expertise for all aspects of the AC installation. They made all arrangements for the county inspectors to conduct their inspections very soon after completion of the installation. Electrical and mechanical inspections passed without any issues. The value of using The Furnace guy was much greater than I could have received from other contractors from whom I received quotes. This was a very positive experience. I would use The Furnace Guy again and recommend to everyone.

Thomas Alvares was timely, professional, and thorough. I also highly appreciate that he didn't charge me an unnecessary service fee once he saw my furnace didn't require too much work. He provided clear feedback on how my furnace is working, as well as any possible issues that could occur in the future and what to do about them. I would highly recommend!

Our techs were amazing and very professional. They paid attention to what my grandmother's boiler concerns were and addressed them right away. They are very clean when in the house and are very polite. I want to say their names were charlie and thomas. They even called and asked for a picture of the unit so they knew what parts they needed to bring. We would use them again and we highly recommend them.

The furnace guys John and Jake are awesome! Called yesterday, came today. Put their booties over their shoes before even entering the house. Obvious they knew what they were doing. Explained everything so even I understood the issues. And to my delight, reasonably priced!!
