The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling

We woke on a Sunday morning to a really cold house. I tried 3 times to cycle through the start up process only to have the burner go out each time. I had friends recommend The Furnace Guy. I called at 10:00am and they committed to a service call between 10:30-12:30. Shelly showed up early in that window, diagnosed the issue within minutes and made the repair within 15 minutes. She was awesome. Very knowledgeable, very customer friendly and very thorough. I paid a bit more for weekend service but it was still reasonable and we’ll worth a warm house to watch NFL wild card weekend. Thanks Shelly.

The diagnostic was thorough and accurate. It was determined that a switch went bad.

There was an initial misunderstanding regarding the part cost, that caused me to get a second opinion, and I wound up having another company fix the issue. The furnace Guy reached out to me, apologized about the misunderstanding and made it right.

Oversights happen happen and I appreciate the integrity, professionalism and caring enough enough to correct the situation. I will be giving them another opportunity in the future. Thanks again!

I had the Furnace Guy do an annual check on my boiler heating system last fall and they did a fantastic job. So, I had them come back this spring to check my AC. Again, it was the most complete inspection and maintenance I have ever had on my AC system. Great job!

It was better when Thomas was there I had two guys come out and they did the hvac cleaning but I had requested a quote for a new air cleaner and fresh air filter and they said they would have someone contact me and we’ll no one ever did.

**Update - I've had the Furnace Guy come out for Heater and A/C maintenance, each time it has been a very smooth & positive experience.

Start to finish the whole process was smooth. The installation crew was knowledgeable and very respectful. Did have a hiccup but they quickly solved it and made sure I was satisfied and that everything was working. Price was by far the best I was able to find. So far pretty happy with The Furnace Guy. Strongly recommend

I've called The Furnace Guy out twice now when my furnace stopped working. Both times they responded quickly, Richard found and fixed the problem, and I felt they were very fair with the service fee. To use a military term in this military town, the Furnace Guy goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
