The Furnace Guy was quick to respond. Jacob arrived at my home in Calhan, CO within the next couple of hours. And that includes coming from Colorado Springs, CO.
Jacob was very professional. He introduced himself, asked what was going on with my furnace, and then proceeded to put on shoe covers. He checked out the whole furnace, and made the necessary repairs. He explained to me what he was doing as he was working. He waited and checked the temperature at the registers. He reprogramed the thermostat for me too. He left me his card and said," If you have any problems, give us a call. Day or
night. " I am very please. And at a very good price as well.

I have used the The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling service a few times. Twice to come out and maintenance my heater and just recently to install a house humidifier. We cannot say enough good things about The Furnace Guy. We have a very complicated boiler system, and two days before a house full of eight for Thanksgiving weekend, our system went out -- no hot water! We made a late afternoon phone call and they arrived the next day at 12:30pm. Toby the owner took brilliant care of us and our system was up and running at no time. Kim who must work the calls / front desk was wonderful. Very kind and seemed to truly care for my heatless situation. She was quick to call back after I left a voice mail and quick to handle any business needed before the tech came to my house.

Shelley is wonderful! She is professional, smart, and kind. Shelley took care of my issue with grace considering it ended up being a much more in-depth issue than either of us thought.
