The scheduler and service tech were professional and friendly, texted appointment reminders, called with arrival time updates, and got our boiler going and ready for winter in the one hour minimum service call. Great job Furnace Guys!

Everything was top-notch, start to finish. The bid process was handled very professionally, we had to problem solve because my house is over 100 years old, I was offered multiple options, any of which would have been okay - I ended up with exactly what I wanted. The price was very competitive and reasonable. The work was done promptly on the day it was promised. Communication was frequent and clear - no surprised. All in all, I’d say they did an excellent job on every level and I would recommend them highly.

I called and left a vm over the weekend as our furnance was not working and it is about 10-20 degrees at night right now. They called me back first thing Monday morning and had a technician here before 10am. Shelly was our tech and not only was she super friendly and professional but she resolved the issue and now our house is warm again. Cannot thank them enough for their quick response. Highly recommend them.

The professional who came to my home, was early, but called first to confirm this worked with my schedule. He was knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. He took time to educate me about my system, maintenance I can do, and the the minor, recommended repair. There was no high pressure sales or attempt at upsaling me to products not needed as I recently experienced with another company. I will definitely use The Furnace Guy for my & my extended family's annual & other furnace needs. I appreciate local, quality, honest, family owned businesses!

I held off on posting this review for a bit, not because of anything bad, but because I wanted to make sure I had time to write down ALL of the amazing things about The Furnace Guy!
Seriously, from the original estimate, to the install process, to some maintenance afterwards, this company is fantastic!
First off, this was the most thorough estimate I've ever seen. Most companies measure some stuff, do a quick look, and then get back to you in a few days. Thomas and Steve went up into our attic and had a full plan of attack for how they were going to install all our mini-splits.
For installation, it was more complicated than they originally thought. Instead of doing what most companies do, which is starting the work and then leaving halfway through, the entire crew spent a full 3 days at our house, basically sunrise to sunset, to make sure everything was done properly and on time (they also accommodated a schedule change that was entirely on me).
And then, when I thought there was an issue with one of our units (there wasn't), they sent someone out on a Sunday after hours to check it out!
I love everything about this company, and I wish they did more than just HVAC so I could hire them for other home improvement stuff too! Highly highly recommended.

I called because my hot water heater is leaking from the top. The lady I spoke with was so nice and helpful. The tech Richard Steinbauer was on time and so helpful. He made several calls and found out the heater was under warranty!!! Tbey have to come back to replace it, and the cost for replacing it is very reasonable! I would recommend them to everyone!!!
