The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling

I used The Furnace Guy to install a new furnace three years ago and liked them so much I just had them install a new a new air conditioner system for the house. Jean Luc and the team did a great job. The office staff is wonderful, and they followed up several days later with a phone call. Thank you.

Great company - they respond to calls, even on a Saturday when our furnace quit working. We had someone there to fix the furnace within an hour and a half of my call. Thanks for the great job, great service, and reasonable cost to get the job done!

Richard was amazing! He arrived within 45 minutes of calling. It was -4 outside and we had no heat. Very professional and thorough.

I was scheduled in a timely matter. Communication was great between everyone in the company and myself. The gentleman that came out was very punctual,professional,polite and gave some much needed education on the issues that he was fixing.

Our tech was very friendly, clean, very good explaining what the problem was and how to resolve it. He fixed it within a few hours and we slept with heat!!! Thank you furnace guy family! I recommend these guys for sure.

The Furnace Guy responded on short notice to fix furnace problem on property we just moved into.
The tech, Jacob was professional, explained what problem was and defective item was promptly replaced.
I would highly recommend them and they will be our go-to outfit for heating/hot water/AC.

I didn’t get a call back after leaving a message but tried again and am so thankful I did. Our technician, Richard, was so friendly and polite and did an immaculate job. We had just had another company come in and they tried to rob us of $9000, so it was refreshing to get an honest and accurate review of our HVAC system. He cleaned the furnace and repaired a problem with the AC and everything is running brilliantly. We’ll definitely be using The Furnace Guy again!

When the original tech was running behind they were able to find a tech to complete the job that same day.

Jake was our technician and he was very knowledgeable, quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was very professional and helpful also.This is the 2nd time using this company for heat not blowing out our furnace during late fall/ winter time and they got us scheduled very quickly.
