Man, I wish I could give this place 10 stars! My wife and I had a company install our A/C unit without ever knowing about the Furnace Guy. If we knew about them prior we would have gone with this company! Long story short, the previous company was pretty much screwing us over for lack of a better term and the furnace guy came out and got our A/C working to the best of its ability! Josiah is an insanely nice and very professional guy and that’s how awesome these guys are, very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable on all the hvac products! This is the only company for HVAC services I will be using for the rest of my life! Also Jasmine is a very nice lady and knows how to talk to people over the phone, great job to whoever is hiring these wonderful individuals, love the way you do business!

They came out promptly to troubleshoot my wine room refrigeration system. Their appointment times were accommodating. The two technicians were professional and polite and worked hard to get my refrigeration system operational. Will use them for all my HVAC needs.

The Furnace Guy performed annual maintenance on my gas fired boiler system. The tech was professional and answered any clarifying questions I had. The tech then came back the following week to fix an (non-critical) issue he noted during the original service call. This was a good experience for me.
