Highly recommend this company, and especially Shelly! She went above and beyond for my Grandmother when her furnace stopped working. We were quoted $10,000 by another company to replace it, but The Furnace Guy was able to replace the broken part for a fraction of the price. Wholeheartedly thankful is an understatement!

Evan arrived on time, texting us when he was on his way. He listened carefully to my explanation of the problem and explained his findings while examining the furnace. Cleaned a couple of sensors and checked all heating system components, and installed our new filters. He was very courteous and professional. Texted us at the conclusion of the visit.
