Scott came in. Nice guy. Honest and took the time to explain options and was able to get me scheduled 2 days later for a water heater replacement. Estimate was accurate, did not pay additional. Quote was $1400 less than both cooper and mr. Rooter. Would recommend to others for service.

The original technician was very prompt and helpful. The next day that technician lied claiming we needed a new furnace to the tune of $14,000.00 and he couldn't guarantee that our central air conditioning unit would work in the warmer weather. I called another company for a 2nd opinion and they simply replaced a blower motor on the furnace. I am very grateful that this furnace didn't need replacing. You need to reevaluate your employees in my opinion!! They're costing you a ton of business all for nothing. Instead of being honest with us, he tried scamming us!! Not a good idea...

HHS replaced my aging water heater and ran a gas line for me. The quote wasn't the lowest or the highest, but the guy that came to the house, (Scott) really seemed to know his stuff and was very nice and courteous. He respected my time and followed up at every step. The installers arrived on the scheduled date w/ a text beforehand with a photo of the tech to expect... that impressed my wife. Justin walked me through the install as described on the quote to verify accuracy and that there were no changes and then they got to work. They did the extra little bit I asked for and a little bit more. They asked questions when needed and informed me of locations and operations. Justin walked me through the completed job and made sure all the details were covered. I thought they were professional and competent and I believe the did an excellent job. I would hire them again and refer friends to them.

Checking out why my pilot lights had gone out on my hot water heater and gas log. Relighted both, with much efficiency. and stayed to make sure they stayed lighted. I am well pleased with Geof's work.

I always appreciate the great service I receive from Home Heating Service. They have an excellent group of technicians that are always professional and knowledgeable. Today Brady came to service my AC and he did an excellent job. He took his time explaining the service and offered helpful suggestions on how to extend the life of my AC. I highly recommend HHS.

I was referred to Home Heating Service by a local plumber for a water heater repair. I sent pictures of the problem and Chelsea was able to order parts for me. They proved to be difficult to find however Chelsea didn't give up and kept me informed with every step, and when the parts arrived Carlos came to my house and did a great job getting my hot water heater working again! Chelsea & Carlos are continuing to work on getting additional parts we need later but my water heater is a bit unusual so we may need to replace it. Carlos recommended a tech come and give us an estimate on a new water heater in case parts are not available to repair the current one. Michael came to my house to give us an estimate and he was friendly, easy to talk to and sent us the estimate within an hour! Everyone I've worked with at this company is extremely helpful and easy to work with - I highly recommend them!

We hired 2 other HVAC and Electrical companies, but they couldn't find the problem with the AC unit. Jared was able to track down and repair the problem within an hour. Will definitely use Home Heating Service again.

Home heating has repaired our 1986 furnace in the past and were always able to repair the furnace with reasonable charges.

So, when we decided to add air conditioning and replace the furnace we called Home Heating. They provided a free replacement estimate and options.

They finished the job in 1.25 days. Impressed with the crews organization and hard work.

Joel took time to explain the system and answer many of our other plumbing and home maintenance questions.

Carlos is a fantastic plumber and a great service guy. Unfortunately, Home Heating: I would not recommend. A repair they performed on a burst line in an in-floor heat system lasted little more than a year. They claim that this is an acceptable time frame for a repair. My system lost all the glycol, home had no heat, lines froze and caused massive damage to my home. They charged me to repair their own failed fix and wanted to charge me to recharge with glycol, also, gave me an outrageous quote to replace a valve on my boiler. Hopefully Carlos goes into business for himself! Until then, find a different plumber...

I have previously trusted your company for multiple furnace services, and I've always been satisfied. However, my recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am hoping you'll want to win my business back for future services.

I must say, I'm quite disappointed with the response I received. It seems my concern regarding Lennox catalog # 89M76 was completely misunderstood. Let me clarify once again: this particular part is supposedly exclusive to dealers and comes at wholesale prices. However, I easily found identical ones online for under $40, claiming to be genuine parts. The technician was already in the process of testing the part, which would have taken a mere 30 seconds to complete. Charging a whopping $190 for labor. Frankly, this exorbitant fee seems highly excessive for such a simple task

The job involved replacing three wires and was easily accessible. Their pricing and lack of transparency are completely unacceptable. Look elsewhere for fair and honest service
