Extremely happy with the service they provided. They came outside of normal business hours in an emergency and appropriately diagnosed/fixed the problem. Customer service is exceptional and the caliber of work is a rare find. I paid for another group to unsuccessfully fix the problem and was delighted when the price for Van Genderen was lower than the folks that did a poor job and did not repair it.

6 stars. Ok, my HOA brought in someone other than Van Gendren, yesterday. They forgot to complete the job, I had no AC last night, sticky. Called them this morning, we fixed the problem over the phone. Ive used them since 1994 and they are Customer Focused, not $$$ focused. Use these guys, you wont be disappointed.

Outstanding, professional service ahead of schedule, cleanly, and exactly what we ordered. New heating and air/conditioning system added to second floor of our 45 year old home because of remodel and not enough coverage from first floor system.
Slight problem next day, called at 7:30 am and problem solved at 10am; just a minor reset of a safety switch. We've been customers for many years and this is the second "big job" besides routine biannual maintenance. We'd never use anyone else.

It was a snowy, icy, cold day, but Dave came on time. Dave is very competent, courteous, and careful. He cleaned our 40 year old boiler and got broken zones working. He explained how the boiler worked and kindly answered my many questions. We were extremely pleased!

Have been using Van Gendren for the past 12 years for all my HVAC needs at my home and rentals. Kevin and his crew have always met my needs and have been fair. Couldn't imagine using anyone else for me heating and cooling needs.
