They are quite prompt and polite, and their costs are fair. My heating and air conditioning issues were immediately resolved, and they were able to do so in a method that didn't jeopardise my security or comfort. The gentleman who answered the phone was really courteous, and even though I didn't have an appointment, he made time for me that day. Their techs are knowledgable about the products they sell. He explained to me what needed to be done and quickly got it done! The cost was also affordable!

I had an amazing experience with the installation of two furnaces. Paul was very helpful in explaining my options to me and they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. Very reasonable pricing and the crew that ultimately installed the furnaces did great work. I will certainly use Cesar Heating & Cooling again.

We have 2 units and they both had issues within days of each other. Our technician was great. Very polite, knowledgeable, and felt like we were in great hands—getting what we need, button pushing for things we don't. Will continue to used Cesar Heating & Cooling for future heating & AC needs. It was really refreshing after several recent mediocre to poor interactions with contractor in recent weeks for other jobs.

I am extremely pleased with the installation. I was shown how to operate the system and they synced it to my phone. Cesar Heating & Cooling techs were here on time and were very friendly and professional. They ensured my floors were protected and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend Cesar Heating & Cooling!

Cesar Heating & Cooling technicians came out under our service contract to check out our AC unit in preparation of summer. They were very thorough and were done within a very short time. They also took their time to walk us through the whole process. We would definitely use them again.
