Dave, the technician, explained the device, helped me to get the phone app, showed me the website and ensured that my thermostat was linked to my Alexa account. He was very knowledgeable! Everything works perfectly!!

We had Van Genderen (VG) replace our 55 your old boiler as well as a new water heater in our Denver home. I got three bids. One of the bidders told me I could get a high-efficiency system with a tankless water heater. Well, as it turns out I could not due to venting issues which Kevin at VG explain to me. He also measured our radiators to see what size boiler we would need, an extra detail not done by the other bidders. The removal of the old cast iron boiler and installation of a new one is tedious, but VG did it in an efficient and, professional way, leaving the house spic and span afterwards. Pleased with the bidding, job scheduling and installation - Highly recommend this company!

I made an appointment for routine ac maintenance. They made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday am. They called at noon on Wednesday saying a tech was available immediately if we wanted the service sooner. Dave arrived, was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. First of all they were able to make room for us the same day we called. Second the technician (Brad) was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked pretty quickly. He didn't try to sell me anything and was able to fix problems that I hadn't even called them for. I would highly recommend them just like they were recommended to me!
