I called them for a second opinion on an estimate we had gotten to fix the furnace motor. They were $200 less than the original estimate. The repairman was prompt and professional and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend.

I don't know how I got so lucky to get same day service in the middle of summer, but Sherri was able to send a tech who finished another job earlier than expected, so a big thank you. She was so friendly and accommodating. Brad was my technician and he was equally as awesome. He was very knowledgeable and educated us about our AC unit and the best ways to keep it in tip top shape between services. I am happy to give Van Genderen all my future AC and heating business. Really happy with the service I received! Dave and Ryan were here on time, extremely courteous, efficient, and were super nice to my dog :) They went above and beyond - got my humidifier up and running and cleaned up the furnace in addition to the repair. I woke up to a cold house this morning and dreaded trying to work from home with cold fingers. They showed up and fixed my unit before I had my second cup of coffee! Professional service all the way including talking to their office this morning. Very satisfied with this company!

Van Genderen heating and air conditioning is absolutely the best place to go with! Their team is professional, trustworthy, and extremely Fair on price. I have a 20 year old boiler system that needed a knowledgeable company to properly fix it. Keep in mind that I had a different company come out that didn't fix the issue. Van Genderen specializes in boiler systems like mine. I went to their office to discuss my situation and everyone made me feel very comfortable. After describing what was going on with my boiler they immediately sent Dave my technician to the house. I can't say enough good things about Dave and how he walked me through what needed to be repaired. Dave took the time to describe how the system operated and why he felt each part needed to be replaced. He also found out that my expansion tank was undersized for my system and causing part of my issue. Over the years we have had several technicians from other companies that did not catch this problem. He also discovered a leak from my hot water tank fitting that the other company didn't find. In the end my system is working great and I didn't feel taken advantage of. If you are looking for heating and air conditioning work to be done I highly recommend this business.

Van Genderen Has saved me more than once. They have repaired the air-conditioning at my father's and our home. Ours occurred during a week of extremely high temperatures. They were able to respond quickly, on-time and professionally got our system up and running great! Very appreciative!

The day before Christmas Eve 2020, and what do our wandering eyes find in the bloody, frozen morning? That the doggone Furnace has FAILED. Epic Failure..... But, Van Genderen had left a sticker in place on our furnace (from previous owners several years prior), and low and behold - ANSWERED our CALL! BTW, several other providers were called first (our neighborhood directory had a couple others listed - which DIDN'T Answer their phones). So in short, Dave Owens - our service tech- arrived within thirty minutes of our call, and diagnosed and repaired our problem within 30 minutes.

Dave was not only very professional, but also personable, and knowledgeable, and taught a couple Air Force Aircraft Mechanics a thing or two about HVAC :).

We were in need of a new furnace for a rental property we own in Denver. Our plumbing contractor recommended Van Genderen. We contacted them and had a new furnace installed for our tenants promptly. The process went smoothly and efficiently. We conducted the transaction over the phone (we live out of state) and they worked directly with my tenants to complete the job. It was a pleasure working with Van Genderen. If you have need of the services they provide, you will not be disappointed They even emailed us a picture of the completed work!

We had a ductless air conditioner/heater installed by VanGenderen. The installation team arrived exactly on time, and finished the job on schedule. They were polite, as quiet as possible (my husband had just had surgery), and they kept everything super clean--no mess to clean up after they left. They did a great job, and we love the air conditioner. I love this company. We have used them before to repair our boiler, and I have absolutely no complaints.
