Awesome customer service. Our heat went out and I was searching for all the space heaters we own. Kevin came out THAT NIGHT and was concerned we would get too cold. To be treated like a family member in this day and age as a consumer is rare. I appreciate the promptness, professionalism, kindness and honesty.

Prompt, professional heater service, but be prepared to pay for it. Labor rate is quite high at $168 per hour, and they marked up the parts about 200% over what you can get at local stores and online. Same-day repair of a broken heater in the middle of January might be worth the extra $$, though.

Called Friday afternoon and saw someone that night. Quick, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. Have been using Van Genderen for 4 years now.

0 degrees outside, 6 inches of snow, and the boiler goes out. Uggghhh..Blaise and Van Genderen to the rescue. He was here within an hour, welcomed me to sit with him so he could show me exactly what he was doing...and 45 minutes he had fixed the problem and he gave me a full tutorial on easy fixes I could do myself as well as problem areas/symptoms to look out for in the future...Blaise is a heater/boiler rock star! We'd never hesitate to call them again!
