I called Fix- it because of a broken pipe. Josh did a thorough check of my plumbing complete with pics and videos. He explained everything in detail and was also very personable. I highly recommend him! He is very good at building customer confidence! I will be having tmy plumbing updated next week.

I called Fix-it 24/7 after I received a high estimate for work on my furnace from another company. They gave me a better and precise estimate on the furnace repair, did a maintenance on the furnace and didn't leave a grease stain on my carpet. They came back later to replace the part and performed excellent work on my furnace. I subscribed to their Green Club and now I am having preventative maintenance being done on my plumbing systems and electrical systems. Each staff person that has been at my house is polite, clean, nice and professional. After each visit, I have received a detailed invoice including pictures. I recommended them to a neighbor and I will continue to recommend them. Thanks for doing great work and being a reputable business.

Josh was on time and very courteous. He was focused but took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He helped us pick a new faucet and explained the benefits of each available choice. He was careful to explain each step and was supportive of our concerns for costs. He had to leave to buy our faucet but was timely and efficient. I would encourage anyone to request him for home repair. Was a comfortable and educational experience for us.

I had the pleasure of getting Josh D. as my service tech. Josh was attentive and listened to my issue. He provided a solution that not only was efficient, but saved me additional expense. I didn't get the same option w the other company I had over. I appreciate Josh's honesty and work! He was thorough with the service and made my gas meter look better than before. We have worked with Fix-it 24/7 for the last few years. We purchased an AC unit and loved working with David and the install team. We have three AC units in our home and have them come out and clean them each Spring. We scheduled to have our normal service which took over three weeks to get an appointment. They gave a us a window of time and then called us. For some reason their call went to VM and I called them back. They routed me to call center and said they would pass along my information. An hour later, I called back again. They informed me that I was going to have to reschedule because I missed my 5 minute window and they could reschedule me in 19 days. I asked if there was anything else they could do and the woman indicated she was doing me a favor to get me on the schedule in 19 days. We decided to go with another company that was more customer friendly and service oriented. The funny thing that this employee on the phone didn't realize was that we are planning on replacing two of our units this summer. They not only lost us as customer, they lost 30K in revenue because they don't understand how to create a positive customer experience. Go somewhere else if you can.

My thermostat went black and didn’t respond. Myron came out and spent a long time trouble shooting the problem. He was tenacious! Went down to basement to make sure that the furnace had electricity and went on from that location, took apart the thermostat and checked the wires and wires coming out of the wall, took the thermostat down and wired to furnace to make sure the thermostat was operational and then checked all the wiring inside the furnace and discovered the problem with a section of one wire which was not obvious to me when he showed me and there were a lot of wires in that furnace - quite the maze. Super impressed - took a long time to do all of that and then make sure that it all worked. Very reasonable price charged and nicest guy. Definitely recommend him! Thanks Myron!

Alex was very professional, as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and represented the company very well. You could tell that he has many years experience and took pride in his work. They have a service membership I joined and I will recommend to my family and friends.

We are having electrical issues because of our sump pump. Called at 1:30 to set up a same day. I was told they will call 30 minutes before arriving. They were at another appointment, but we were next.

Called again at 3:00 confirmed.

Called at 5:30 and the answering service asked us to call back because they were busy “with all the storms.” It’s 93 degrees and has not stormed in over a week.

It’s 8 and still no word.

It’s also my birthday and we have company in town. We have been waiting all day. I can only say DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. To the Fix-it 24\7, on behalf of all six of us, f-you for wasting our day and time.

When I called this morning, Chris was dispatched to my house within minutes of hanging up the phone. He explained everything he was doing, was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a rough estimate on how soon long it would take to grab the part he needed and replace it, he was right on point. He explained what needed to be done as well as explaining the system service package (which I signed up for). He is absolutely incredible!
