Ellis was quick and efficient after he arrived. He was only there for maybe 15 minutes and he identified the problem and got the fix scheduled. Overall the arrival was later than we were initially told, but I understand it gets busy this time of year.

Chris & Ben were amazing in assisting with our HVAC needs. Very knowledgeable and transparent with what they were doing and why. We would highly recommend Fix-it 24/7!!! After a home remodel (drywall dust & construction) our 22yr old system was a mess. These guys got right to the point and addressed the issues. They quickly got us scheduled for repairs. Both were also incredibly prompt, polite and professional.

The technician, Greg, was prompt, knowledgeable, very professional, thorough, and polite. I felt like I could recommend and use this company again in the future.
F/U - I was so happy with my initial experience with this company in December 2022, that I used them again the next month in January. I should have sent Greg away when he came out for my second service call. I was charged $623 for a simple outlet install from an existing light. The outlet was run about 10 feet from the light and only took about 30-40 minutes. I felt this charge was excessive, so I called the customer service department and spoke with Shatera who noted my reason for calling and said I would hear back from a supervisor/manager within 24.48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago, and no one has called me back.
Needless to say, I will not use this company again because they are very overpriced, and they do not follow-up with their customers.
I am seeing a "night and day" experience from my first service call to my second. Greg is good at what he does, but I really felt I was price gouged and I wasn't given the courtesy of a call back. Use this company if money is not object, because they will charge excessively, and their service stops after they get paid. Because of my most recent experience, I felt compelled to drop my initial 5-star review down to a 1-star review.

Tried these guys after seeing their commercials during an Avs game. Did a bunch of research, got other quotes, grilled their representative on the phone to see if it was legit. The crew came out, super nice, super professional, *completely* dismantled my furnace and cleaned everything. For… $39. That was it. No surprises, no hidden fees, nothing. I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending this company to everyone I know. Could not be happier!

Ellis was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions and made it easy for me to understand the issues I was having with my heating system. I appreciate his efficiency and kind personality. Would highly recommend to others.

I had a bad leaking water heater that happened in the evening. I called Fix-it 24/7 and they had Cesar at my door an hour later. He was professional, courteous, friendly and diagnosed my problem and got my water turned off. He was back the next day and installed a new water heater. He did a fantastic job, along with his helpers, Evan and Ryan. He took pictures and videos of everything he did, and kept me updated. I'm so very pleased with his work! Thank you!

Justin was very professional and patient. We had a home warranty coverage for the repair and they finally showed up after 4days to see about the repair at the same time Justin showed up.
We chose to go with Justin because he was professional and prompt and could get the job done immediately. We also contracted for other systems too.
The home warranty group could not get the job done without waiting another day or two.
We would recommend Justin and Fix-it 24/7 to anyone wanting great service and friendly support. Value for the money spent.
