In the midst of a miserable cold snap (way into negative numbers) my furnace decided to stop working correctly. I called this company and they were quick to respond and schedule a repairman. Even though he had a fender bender on the slick streets he came over, diagnosed the problem, ran over to a supply store on those same slick streets and fixed my heater. Thanks so much for your efficiency, competence and great attitude. Highly recommended.

I decided to contact Van Genderen and get their second input. Brad came out, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional, smart and quick. He walked me through what was going on and now how to properly maintain my HVAC system. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Van Genderen!

Prior to contacting Van Genderen, I had another Tech from a different AC repair company (Denver's Best heating and repair) came over and wanted to replace my entire HVAC system. The guy inspected my unit WITHOUT any tools and gauges; and just by "looking at it" he could tell it wasn't going to be able to get fixed. He said I had a refrigeration leak, and I was out of Freon. This was a sales man, not a repair man.

Had a burning smell coming from my furnace. Van Genderen was able to schedule an appointment for the very same day. Technicians Dave and Ryan arrived right on time, and were able to quickly diagnose what was up (furnace was running too hot) and why (blower motor wasn't working properly). They replaced the motor for what I felt was a fair price, and also cleaned up the coils. They even gave me some helpful recommendations on filter type and which registers to keep open. They were very professional people, and I intend to use this company for future HVAC maintenance and service.
