Van Genderen Heating & Air Conditioning

I have a boiler that is over 30 years old. I have had issues with air in the lines for multiple years and multiple boiler companies have tried to resolve the issue. Van Genderen made some significant changes and within a month the air returned. When I provided the feedback they wanted to make some additional changes at their expense. These final changes resolved the issue through Van Genderen's commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Van Genderen was recommended by another company that was too busy to get out to check my broken air conditioner, and I'm so glad! They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the tech, Blaze, figured out the problem and fixed it in no time and for much less than I had feared. I highly recommend Van Genderen!

Why 5 stars? Because they didn't have to come out. I called because my AC was blowing hot. Never a good thing on a 95° day. The two other companies I called weren't going to be able to come out to diagnose the problem for at least 4 days. I was expecting the same when I called Van Genderen, but no, they would be able to come out the following day. Wow, awesome! But, the best part is still to come. As they were diagnosing my issue, they suggested a few fixes and said that if any of them worked to call them back and they would cancel the appointment. Well, their suggestion worked and they canceled without any questions. Now that's what I call service. Definitely calling next time I need a service.

We had a great experience with Brad performing maintenance on our steam boiler. Brad did a great job on the work, explaining what he was doing and why he was performing each part of the work. Our new home is our first experience with steam heat, so his explanations were very helpful!

Highly recommend! The motor on our AC unit went out and they were able to come the same day. Brad was great and was able to fix the unit quickly and efficiently. I will use them again!

Had my AC maintenance done today and they did a great job as usual. Every tech they have sent out over the last 5 years has been wonderful to work with. Van Genderen is the only HVAC company I will use.

Appreciated the thoughtful and timely assistance by the Van Genderen Service staff. Another firm wanted to just replace my whole Carrier HVAC system,. Instead, a couple of of thoughtful suggestions to try before going to the extreme fixed my issue. In this case all it cost me was a little of my time. The mark of a quality firm is also ensuring that if there's a simple preventative step one can take first, do that before spending $$$$ and that's exactly what I did. I know who to call next HVAC issue that arises for sure.

Let me start by saying that Van Genderen Heating should be teaching a class to corporate America on “How to Satisfy Customers”. As a new and now loyal customer I can honestly say that I have never felt more taken care of by a service company. I’m an out of state resident and our Denver rental was in need of an annual inspection, whereby the distance aspect makes for somewhat of less than comfortable feeling control wise. Upon contacting Van Genderen, I was treated with both courtesy and professionalism and in a manner that delivered answers to all the questions I was having and some I didn’t know I should be asking. In short, I was put at ease from the beginning!
They took their time to thoroughly explain their service inspection process along with a detailed account of their history and how they do business. This in turn was followed up with detailed results of the inspection itself and insights about our properties condition as communicated by the service technician who executed the job. The office management has created an attitude of “no job is too big or too small” and “we both value and treat all our customers with care and respect”.
Regardless if you are out of state or local (I wish I was local), don’t even think twice about looking elsewhere, Van Genderen Heating is best in class from my view and my experience.
