But Van Genderen was at my house within 25 mins after getting my call. BONUS: Had my AC running within an hour. Same day service, No pressure sales, even gave us a military discount! Their service tech Blaze was a good guy, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He got to work and got the job done right! Very impressed with Blaze and Van Genderen. Highly recommend!

Van Genderen service techs have maintained my equipment for years. I recently had a technician out because my AC didn't seem to be cooling enough. The cooling was adjusted in no time and the tech went above and beyond my expectations. This is truly a remarkable company and I would highly recommend them!

We had Kevin and his techs install a new furnace and AC at our new home. They did a super job including cleaning up the "mess" left by the company that installed the new hot water heater. Additionally, we received energy saving rebates from Xcel. This was all handled by the office staff. We would highly recommend Van Genderen and we would not use anyone else for our heating and air conditioning needs! 5 STARS

We have had our Bryant Evolution heating and air conditioning system almost a year and are very pleased with it. We got three estimates when we purchased the system. Van Genderen's proposal gave us the most confidence. Kevin presented the information and also supervised the installation. Everything went flawlessly including drilling holes in the concrete foundation for intake ventilation and new wiring for the AC. We recently had a minor problem with the internal insulation. Kevin's response was quick and effective.

Blaze from Van Genderen came out with same day service and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem that another A/C guy was stumped on and who wanted me to overcharge me for. Blaze was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job of explaining exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and how he was going to do it. He reviewed all pricing with me and got my approval on everything before he did any work. I also greatly appreciated the office staff's professionalism on the phone and ability to schedule me the same day.

It was Monday, 8/18/20 and 98 degrees when our air conditioning stopped working. I scrambled to fix it myself but eventually realized I needed a professional. At 4 PM, I called Van Genderen hoping someone could be here in the next few days. I was amazed to learn that a technician could be scheduled the next morning between 9 and 12. I was also told what the possible charges might be and advised to turn off the system until the tech could determine the problem and avoid additional damages. By 1:30 Tuesday, thanks to the very capable tech, Brad, the system was working. Brad also taught me that better, regular filter rotation might have saved me from this problem; lesson learned.
I highly recommend Van Genderen and be sure to change your filter.

I own a rental property in Centennial, CO and I live in St. Louis. My tenants called me to let me know the AC condenser was not operating. I decided to use Van Genderen after 15 mins. of research and I was very pleased. A tech was out on my property repairing the problem with in 2.5 hrs of me being notified by my tenants. They gave me the best price and worked with my tenants schedule very well. In less than 3 hrs. of knowing there was a problem they came out and fixed it for a very competitive price. I will be using Van Genderen for any more HVAC issues for the foreseeable future.

On Tuesday, June 30, 2015 we woke up to an air conditioning emergency. Our coils had completely frozen and then melted with water all over the basement floor. By about 1:30PM that very afternoon Van Genderen had a skilled technician (James) on site who thoroughly tested and repaired our system and then took the time to explain everything in detail. We were thrilled with the rapid response as well as the high quality of workmanship. We believe we've found our new HVAC systems provider!

I highly recommend Van Genderen. We used them to replace a boiler and water heater, and could not have asked for a better experience. The estimate was fair and all staff were very professional. The work completed was excellent, and I think they left our basement cleaner than they found it. We will only use Van Genderen in the future.
