Wow. Could not be more impressed. Was almost swindled into buying a $1200 motor I didn’t need by another company (Applewood). Van Genderen came out with the new motor at $850, but when they arrived identified the problem and fixed it without the need for the motor. $150 and a couple hours later had heat up and running and a company I know I can trust for the big things to come. Will go with Van Genderen in the future for everything they can do and I need.

Thought I needed a new programmable keypad as the touchscreen would not work and was stuck on heat when it was 95 outside. But when Brad arrived he pulled apart (literally) the existing keypad and found the internal battery - not mentioned anywhere on line. Pulled the battery for 2 minutes. Put it back together and everything worked again. How many companies would have just gone ahead and installed a new pad and charged for parts and installation. Then he cleaned both my American Standard units. Whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. Office staff also excellent. Had an issue with my appointment due to a problem with my voicemail but Genelle (sp sorry) in office worked to get me into schedule in probably the busiest week of the summer so far. Cannot recommend them highly enough - I have been looking for a company like this. Will be my first call for any heating/ A.C. needs.

We've been customers for over 15 years and had 2 retro fiitred A/C systems put in expertly and cleanly. Today 8/3/ 21 an urgent problem occurred with water dripping from our attic related to our attic furnace/A/C device. It was fixed on a hot day within 3 hours of discovery. Hard to find a company like this. We will never change to any other HVAC company
