Logan was fantastic! He showed up on time, was extremely polite and made sure that I understood what he was going to do before he started and then went above and beyond to explain what I needed to keep an eye on moving forward. Absolutely no trying to sell me on unnecessary things but did tell me about a service plan which is cost effective and really makes sense. Plus the initial visit was SO inexpensive! Well worth the money and I would highly recommend!

Greg was prompt and professional. He walked me through all the options and prices making sure I understood and was comfortable with the options I had for electrical work. He also mentioned potential upgrades for future proofing and continued safety of our home. His work was quick and efficient. I'm always pleased with our results as a Green Club member!

We had a serious issue with electrical throughout the house. Being a Saturday, I didn’t expect much in way of service, especially someone showing up with a great attitude and eager to help. Greg was very personable and professional. He really knows his stuff and not only explained everything thoroughly, he was great-mannered and very easy to understand and get along with. Lucky for us, the issue he found was result of the power company and not our home. He was honest and didn’t try to take advantage of us. All this being said, Greg should be recognized as what ALL service companies and industries should strive to offer in the realm of customer service. Not only will I recommend this company, I’ll hope EVERYONE gets a change to meet Greg.

Had a great experience with Fix-It! Our AC stopped working on a Friday night and we were able to get it fixed by Saturday afternoon. Our technician, Chris was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, swiftly got our unit up and running again. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, we had an awesome experience! Pedro was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. He made sure to truly answer our questions and to go into detail why we were needing what we were getting quoted which made us more comfortable with the purchase. Freddy, Zak and Greg were all quick and respectful of our home while installing and were beyond helpful in addressing any issues or concerns. 10/10 would recommend!

Josh checked all the boxes of expected professionalism - notification prior to arrival, arrival on time, covered the remediation plan with me, etc.
I’m giving Josh 5 stars because, on top of his professionalism, he was extremely respectful to me and my home. We covered costs and potential costs before work even got started to set the appropriate level of expectation which, was very appreciated. No one likes to get stuck with a bill they didn’t know was coming. Lastly, he was simply enjoyable to talk with.

He’s clearly skilled at his job, very professional and polite.

We thought we had a leak of a bad wax ring under our downstairs commode and called Fix It 24/7. Zach responded and pulled the toilet only to discover a crack in it. He was able to locate a replacement toilet and replaced it that afternoon. His service was quick, professional and he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the completed project. We definitely recommend Zach and Fix It 24/7 for your plumbing needs. Zach thank you again.

Chris came out to my house right on time. From the moment he started working, he was super professional and very approachable. He was also very transparent about the work that he was doing and about my AC system. He also provided before and after pictures, along with explanations about the different components of my system. Overall, I found him very helpful and trustworthy. Also, the company is very professional, and I recommend them highly.

Ellis was scheduled to my appointment after another tech called out sick and honestly that was lucky for me. This unfortunately pushed my appointment a bit later. If this extended Ellis’ work day also you wouldn’t know by his kind demeanor. He was very professional, detailed and informative.

Poor guy was working on my outside condenser units in a dust storm and he kept a positive friendly attitude the whole time. He even went the extra mile and installed some latches I had bought to secure the filter housing on my inside units. I told him I didn’t mind installing them myself later but he insisted.

All in all he did a great job and is just a nice guy overall. This is not the case with many repair techs and with a lot of companies these days. I’ll be asking for him in the future.
