They were so great in squeezing us in last minute even through the snow storm when our furnace went out. The installers (Ronald and Eddie) were so amazing and worked so hard to make sure our new furnace and water heater were installed. They had amazing customer service and we highly recommended fix it because of Ronald & Eddie!

Ronald and his team were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment and installation. They were clean and very respectful of my home and yard. And, they made sure everything I needed was in place before they left on the first day of the installation. On day 2 of the installation they made sure to explain how all of the equipment worked and what to look for should I have any issues. I am very pleased with everyone at Fix-it 24/7 who has helped with the purchase and installation of my new furnace and would highly recommend them.

We have enrolled in the green program a couple of months ago to maintain our HVAC systems. So far it has been good.

turns out its an excel issue. the tech that came out fixed an issue u related to the panel. he was professional and helpful. he explained everything that was going on.
