Outstanding company to work with! Called early in the morning and they came out same day. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They discovered the problem quickly, ordered a replacement part, and held onto it until I could schedule them to come out. They even waived the service fee for the install! I can’t say enough how enjoyable the experience was and they will be the ones that I call every time I have an issue with anything HVAC related. If you’re having problems with your heat or AC, give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

We called Comfort Solutions after we had a company over to clean our furnace. The first company pushed us to get a brand-new furnace, we were told it was old and new parts would create new problems. After they had replaced some parts , we got no heat. We called Comfort Solutions and told them our situation. They came right over and found that one of the parts was installed incorrectly and fixed the problem. The furnace has been working great every since. We were also told we did not need a new furnace. When it's time to upgrade we will call Comfort Solutions.

Installed humidifier. Better price and better responsiveness than the competition. On time. Professional. I really felt like they were trying to make the system work for me and my needs. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again for any HVAC needs.

After having Comfort Solutions come and replace my old, totally broken gas furnace last week, I can say that I'm very glad that they were the company I chose. I had gotten 3 estimates on replacing my furnace, which a few weeks ago, was still working but was on its last legs. Comfort Solutions came in the middle of the other two estimates cost-wise, and they install Rheem products. I researched the brand, and it has a good warranty and reviews. Then, on the 13th of January, the blower on the existing furnace seized, so we had no furnace heat over the weekend. On Monday, the 16th, I called and spoke with Nick, and he was able to have their crew come on Wednesday of that week. Originally, they were scheduled for the 20th but were able to move me up. They arrived on time, and took a full day to get the old furnace out, new one in, and make sure everything worked great. Oh yes, they were very sure to place tarps and keep our home clean while they worked. Showed me the new thermostat and its functions, and cleaned up when they were done. The furnace works great! So much better, more even heating throughout our home. Thanks Comfort Systems!!
On 5-26, Nick arrived to perform a/c maintenance..very efficiently and thoroughly he replaced two electrical components at a very reasonable price. Tested everything and we are good to go for hot weather! Thanks Nick and Comfort Solutions!

Excellent and professional customer service all around. Scheduling was quick and easy and the tech showed up right on time. The tech (Peter) was professional, helpful, and informative. Our heater was fixed quickly with no issues. I would recommend Comfort Solutions for any HVAC repairs or maintenance.

We have used comfort solutions for years on all of our properties. They are super knowledgeable, able to fix problems other companies couldn’t and at a reasonable rate. They even showed up within 30 minutes on a Sunday when our furnace went out in the dead of winter. You can’t go wrong hiring this company!

Their customer service is fantastic as well as their affordability. Not only did Nick get our furnace running he made adjustments to it that should of occurred during the install. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing. It was evident that providing a high quality of service is a strong company value. I highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome. I had them install a new furnace in my mother's home. They did a great job with professional service. I have also used them to do maintenance on my hvac system. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest and professional heating or cooling needs.

The lady who answered the phone and booked my appointment was kind and pleasant. Then Nick was on time, super professional, and got our issue resolved! He was the 4th technician I had out because our ecobee thermostat kept cycling. All the other technicians were convinced it was the thermostat or the wiring, but Nick actually took the time to dig into the issue and found that some adjustments needed to be made at the furnace.

From calling to book the appointment, to the time Nick left my home, Comfort Solutions took great care of me. I’ll definitely have them back out.
