Excellent service! Not only did Nicolas come out on a Saturday in the snow, he arrived faster than we expected and was very professional, educational and fixed our issue of no power and no heat during this winter weather so my kids and animals had heat, light and our stove working. We have cats and he is allergic to cats but did the job anyway. Our power was on within the hour!! Nico is definitely on our list to call and fix any issues from here on out! Thanks Nico you deserve a raise!!!

My technician Ellis was awesome! Explained everything that need to be done to my air conditioner in a way that didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know what he was talking about. He also made me aware of another problem that I didn’t know existed. I will be using this company I needed in the future.

Very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Cesar, Brandon and Sam came out to flush water heater ( Cesar) and do an electrical inspection ( Brandon and Sam) All took time to explain what they were doing. All very friendly and professional. Very impressed. Will continue to use Fix-It. Honest and efficient.

The technician found the problem and fixed it right away. He was professional and respectful. However $475 is is way overpriced to replace a hot surface igniter but he had the part on hand so I said go for it. Sometimes you pay for convenience. As far as the technician goes I have no complaints.

I am so pleased with Fix-It 24/7 I will continue to be a customer with them forever. Their technicians are extremely professional, I've had two different technicians come out and both of them extremely knowledgeable, professional and clean. I used to do business with a well-known company but after using fix it 24/7 I will be a customer for life with this company. Jacob / Chaz great job keep up the good work.

Short version:
No one showed up during the four-hour service window that I booked a week prior. Disappointed and frustrated.

Longer version:
Joined the Green Club a week ago and at the same time scheduled a servicing of our HVAC systems. Picked a date with four hour service window a week out, and planned my schedule around it. Got a call from an agent 5 minutes before the end of the service window asking if they could send out a technician. I was on a work call when they left the message and didn't listen to it until 10 minutes past the end of the service window. I expect a technician to show up when I was proactive and booked a week in advance, and have reworked my busy scehdule to accommodate their arrival. This is not how to "value customers."

I called on a Saturday afternoon Nico came to my house at 3:00 and work diligently until he had diagnosed our problem and was able to fix part of our problem and tell us what needed to be done to resolve all of the problems with our wiring. Nico was very knowledgeable and very caring and personable. I would highly recommend Fix-it 24/7!
