Fix-it 24/7 Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric

I have a membership with this company and they called me 5 times to schedule service for my air conditioner. I made an appointment for Thursday May 4th with a 10am-2pm window of arrival and of course nobody showed up and also nobody even contacted me. I adjusted my work schedule for this appointment and had to unhook my dryer and move it to make the ac more accessible for the techs. What a waste of time, next time you call me to schedule an appointment, please show up.

Fabian and Sam were incredible!! They explained everything and installed my new power line! So thankful for their wonderful service and 100% would recommend hiring them for any electrical work!

Nicolas was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. He was also great at explaining the why of the repairs he was recommending.

Called fix-it 24/7 because I had no power to half of my house. Greg came out to do a inspection and found out it was at the meter. So I called excel to check there side out. Coming in to the meter. Meanwhile Greg stayed to help me explain to excel what was going on with the power..at the end of it all the park was responsible for fixing the issue.

Adam came to help us with the repair of our furnace, which had been malfunctioning after we recently moved into the home. He was able to assess the issue and make recommendations on fixing or replacing the furnace without any pressure. Adam was very informative and showed us what was happening inside the furnace so we could make an educated decision about what our next step. He was also friendly, easy to talk to, and came on time.

I used 24/7 service for an electrical plug not working. It was an easy fix as well as making the appointment. On time. No prob!
