My mother and father are actually the ones who used this company, but I'm posting for them because they don't have smartphones. The workers were professional, polite, timely, and efficient when replacing a furnace that died right before Christmas and during a cold spell. My parents recommend them highly!

Joe explained everything that he was going to do and was very detailed. Took before, during, and after pictures and texted them to me.
He told me about the one year whole house maintenance plan. Joe went through the whole house maintenance plan in great detail as well.

Chris did an AMAZING job fixing our (one year old) AC unit! with a long service call log, he stayed till the job was done! not only was he professional and super friendly, he went above and beyond when maintenance wasn’t at all helpful or accommodating with roof access. He found the issue and immediately rectified the problem with parts on hand. Great service and won me over as a new customer. Outstanding!

Found my sewer line was cracked and spilling under the home late at night. Fix-It had a tech call me that evening to make sure I didn't need an emergency service call, then had a tech here first thing the next morning. Repairs were completed the following day. Brandon B. and his was partner were great. On time, respectful of the property, and walked me through the repairs. I've used these guys to replace old plumbing lines, install an AC and new furnace, routine service and hot water heater flushes, and now a sewer line repair. They're responsive, reasonably priced, and do good work. Can't go wrong giving them a call.

Way too expensive for what was done. Over $200.00 later and just needed a switch replacement. I could have done that myself. They hook you in with a $19.
00 trip charge and then tack on the expensive charges. Disappointed
