Had shutoff valves to toilets and faucets updated. Cesar also discovered a leak by our shut off valve which he fixed. Cesar has been to my home a couple of times now (unrelated calls) and is always very helpful, courteous and professional. He does a great job!

The company called to make sure we received our 6 month cleaning service. Ellis was friendly and explained each part of the process. He told us about new products with no push to buy them and when we agreed to add an advanced air cleaner part, he arranged for a discounted price. Fix-It 24/7 has been our go to when we need something done with our furnace.

We have used Fix-It 24/7 twice now- once for a new heating system installation and then today for a burst pipe replacement. We will absolutely continue to use their services for all of our “fix-it” needs. They are super prompt with getting someone sent out (our heating needs were mid-winter and quite urgent) and they do a great job. Today we had Josh Danielson as our repair person and he was so friendly and personable. He explained everything super well and did a flawless repair job. As a bonus, he kept everything very tidy and was so nice to our dogs! Highly recommend this company and Josh in particular!

Dealt with 3 techs while having plumbing issues, all three were professional. Gage hooked me up with water until we could get the parts in and Nicolas S did the entire install by himself. Highly impressed and will probably use this company again.
