Stephen and Dewante were exceptional in their work installing a new furnace the whole team from technicians to supervisor to installers were awesome I'm going to use them for any future work in plumbing electrical work etc

Jonathan was very professional and easy to work with. He supervised his colleague Brian closely in cleaning my furnace. They both went above and beyond the usual maintenance services.
He was also very accommodating with my additional requests.

The work was adequate although it took 3 appointments for work to be done. The first was notice that an asbestos check was needed, which was understandable. The second was to be told the plumber was not qualified to complete the work. The next plumber completed the work.

However, my request that the copper fittings ( which were significant) be left behind was ignored. My 4 efforts to speak with the plumber or the plumbing manager were also ignored. Thus, my copper was, in effect, stolen.

If the staff can’t be trusted and customers are ignored, I can’t recommend them even if the work was adequately completed.
