We were so lucky to have Franklin oversee our install and to train us how to use the system. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and made sure the install was performed flawlessly. We can definitely recommend IMS, especially if you have Franklin to oversee the work. He knows all the equipment, and is very open and honest about how everything works. He is also meticulous about the install being just right. Ours was definitely a five star experience. If you are installing a Ductless A/C, look no further. This is definitely the guy you want. We chose the Mitsubishi unit, and are very happy with it. Exceeds expectations.

I had a great experience with the team at IMS! Extremely courteous and clearly very professional. The team hit a small issue with the layout of my washer/dryer being in their way and not being able to move the machines. One of the installer, David, was very creative and overcame the obstacle really quickly! Unfortunately, I don't remember the other team members' names but all of them were great and I would love to give them all positive feedback.

As I would expect from ims, he was punctual, he was professional, he knew what he was doing, and he made sure that I was happy before he left the premises. He was great. I highly recommend this business. I won't use anyone else.

All I can say is WOW. IMS was unbelievable amazing from the first phone call to the consultation, install and to prompt follow-up after install. We had our 45 year old furnace die on the coldest day of 2021. After several mediocre bids form other companies, that wanted us to tear down walls and spend over $10,000 I had lost hope. That's when we were told to call IMS, and I am so thankful we did. They were prompt to get us set up with a consultation, and the next day we had a new unit installed, at the lowest price, and the absolute best customer service. I will be using IMS for all my HVAC needs in the future and will continue to recommend them in the future.

Elijah came out to adjust the settings on our new ecobee thermostat. He was very polite, so patient with my trying to understand the various aspects of the thermostat, and very competent in explaining how to get the temperature and time settings we wanted. IMS is fortunate to have someone like Elijah working for the company.

We woke up Thursday morning to discover our heat had stopped working. I called IMS to see if someone could come out, spoke with Tiffany, who was very kind and advised me she'd see if someone could come out that afternoon. She called back, as promised, and told me Elijah would come out within the hour. Elijah came right away, was extremely kind and proficient, found the issue immediately, repaired and serviced the heating unit and had everything working in no time. He explained the entire unit to me, including the whole house humidifier, where the filters went and when to replace them. I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism of IMS. I'll always use them from now on. Thanks IMS & Elijah!

Calles IMS yesterday as my outside unit struggled to turn on. They scheduled an appointment for today between 1 and 5. Our Service Techician Arturo called and was early to arrive which was nice considering we did not have the air conditioner on and the temperature was rising. He completed his diagnostics quickly and we approved most of his recommendations. He completed his repairs in no time at all. Arturo was very polite, courteous and explained everything thorough my to us. Will definitely use this company again.
