This company knows what they're doing! Really refreshing compared to past experiences. Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind staff. Everyone I deablt with from IMS was a pleasure from the quotes, scheduling, service, all the way to payment. Shout out to Jonathan! Great tech. Very easy company to work with, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The technicians were cordial and explained well how the whole house humidifier works, they cleaned up thoroughly after the installation.

Professional and friendly. Both techs were helpful in answering questions. They completed the install and cleaned up. They also explained how to operate the new thermostat and how the new furnace worked.

Shaun was wonderful. It was supposed to be his day off, but he responded to the call and even though the repair was trying, he was personable, helpful, and did a great job of communicating the issues he encountered along the way. He will be the reason we call this company again if we need assistance.

We had three very professional individuals on this job. They came when scheduled, communicated details clearly, laid down tarps, cleaned up after themselves. This was a total replacement of our heating and cooling system.

I am very impressed by this company as a whole. We got our A/C installed and the experience was great from start to finish! Daniel was exceptional. He gave us a quote and really went above and beyond for us. He also answered my calls and texts right away when I had any questions. I am definitely very appreciative of him. Aaron and Justin did the actual install and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service that all three of them had was unmatched. They were all very friendly and very professional! The quality of the A/C we got is also wonderful. I am glad I chose this company!

All of the guys were professional and very polite. Everything was done exactly as the proposal outlined for the installation of a new heating and air conditioning system. No surprises! . They also submitted all of the appropriate paperwork for the rebates that the utility company was offering. I would highly recommend Daniel P. As your sales guy, he is very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us on products we did not need. He was there to answer any and all questions from the beginning untill the install was completed. Tanner and Garrett did a fantastic job on the actual installation with attention to detail and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Needed to replace furnace and AC. IMS had great pricing and had 2 other neighbors that used them and were very high on them. A veteran owned business and give veterans a discount. The installers were professional and left the place immaculate.

Our AC unit outside was old and needed a change. Philip was great to begin the process and was honest and the prices were more than reasonable. He was very responsive at all hours and super quick at that too for any questions I had while making a decision between a few companies.
August came to install the AC unit and was on time and incredibly professional and respected the home as well. He was able to answer any questions I had thoroughly and explained the process and items he was installing. Highly recommend!!!
