Called in the morning, came that afternoon. All fixed up. These people pay their employees well, provide services at a reasonable price and do solid work. What more could you want?

IMS installed our heating and air conditioning systems several years back. They have been a wonderful company! Very professional, courteous, and I have really liked the service people that have come to the house to do the scheduled maintenance. Elijah is fantastic; he's very thorough, and is a very nice person to work with. Highly recommend!

IMS came out and gave me a very good bid. The equipment is great and I appreciated the tiers of options. Franklin came to my house to do the install and was so courteous and professional. He left my house cleaner than we do. He knew all the tricks and showed me how to use the new thermostat and other items that were installed. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Furnace not kicking on, I read the code on the furnace, gave it to them over the phone and 2 hours later the technician is here, fixes it in 15 minutes and charges a pleasantly low fee. It really doesn’t get too much better than that.

I was fortunate not to be in a scenario where I had to made a fast decision to get a new HVAC system , I purchased a home with an older, functional HVAC system. I had 3 other HVAC companies come out and give me an estimate. Everyone was up and down none where in same dollar point. IMS was a referral and Contractor I got from Home Depot. They set up a time and came out and did a very detailed estimate and did a breakdown of different types of systems and price points. They were not the cheapest of the 4, but they had the details, the customer interaction and they , by far , made me feel like a priority!
The team who did the install were courteous friendly professional They cleaned up they took the time to explain to me the components and what was installed and how they installed very pleased in highly recommended thank you guys!

This review is for routine maintenance on a furnace. The technician arrived within the scheduled window and was excellent - knowledgeable and thorough. Also, he was pleasant and he answered all my questions. Another first rate experience with IMS. Finally, I highly recommend their Comfort Club - it will save you money in the long run.

On September 1, 2022 I called IMS and requested a call from a supervisor regarding a recent furnace installation and related concerns. Today is September 15 with no returned call or response. The initial contacts with office personnel (all women) regarding estimates, products and scheduling were VERY professional, BUT it stops there. Very poor customer service and follow up for an expensive project. We give IMS a 1 star rating.

Our furnace has been acting up and IMS Heating and Air was able to get us on the schedule right away - Dylan came out within 2 hours after calling. He diagnosed the issue and got us up in running in no time. He was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable! We are very impressed. Thank you! We’re life long customers.

Elijah was out over the weekend to repair our AC unit. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The best HVAC service person I have had the pleasure of working with.
