My husband and I got an estimate from Swan because our central A/C was not efficiently cooling down our house this year and we had a coupon. The tech came over and said we needed the refrigerant refilled and a diagnosis for a leak in the system with a total amount equaling $1300 (refrigerant alone was $850). He went on and on about the price of coolant being outrageous and we may want to just invest in a whole new unit (only 9 years old). We knew better than to believe it cost that much. We had heard great things about Canyon and called them to come look it over. Allen, the tech came out and was beyond helpful. He did a much more thorough job of looking over everything to make sure that was the problem. He ended up putting in more coolant and with labor it was under $300! This is the most thorough, honest and friendly company we have ever experienced. We are now customers for life. Thank you Canyon Mechanical!

Our furnace died tonight and with a low temp of 10 degrees we were very nervous about leaving the house unattended. We called Canyon and the on call tech, Alan, called us right away. He searched their shop for a replacement part and when he couldn't find one, he continued to search for solutions and made a suggestion that worked! Our house is heating back up and we are so thankful for Alan! He went above and beyond to help us out late into the evening and was genuinely invested in finding a way to get us back up and running. We will definitely be calling again when it's time for a new furnace. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately my experience with Canyon Mechanical was not good. After partially completing a job at my house, they started billing me as though the job had been completed. I called them, and they said they would come out and finish the job, but they never showed. This happened twice. Even in the end, after we reached a deal where I would pay a reduced amount and they would send me a "paid in full" receipt, I did my part and they never did theirs. Very unprofessional!

Terrible Company! Avoid this company! They did not disclose upfront fees and when asked about it their technician Kip was hostel and rude. Then the owner Dennis was straight forward "We send you to collections and do NOT work out issues." They did not want good customer service only money. When we called the BBB Canyon Mechanical lied about the situation. The BBB still has our complaint. They are NOT WORTH THE TIME.
