Our furnace went out at 7:00pm on a night where the low was expected to be around 16 degrees. Luckily we had what we needed to keep warm for one night. We contacted Ideal Comfort and immediately exchanged pictures and information with the owner. Mike was wonderful and called Carrier the next morning. He got a tech out here at 6:00 pm today less than 24 hours after we reached out and before another cold night with low temperatures. Norm was wonderful. He was so kind to our very inquisitive kiddos who wanted to ask a million questions and professional the entire time he was here. What would have taken us hours to complete took Norm less than 90 minutes and it wasn’t an easy repair. We will only use Ideal Comfort for all future HVAC needs.
I'm a new customer. Ideal Comfort serviced or repaired my HVAC systems twice in 2022 and I could not be happier. My furnace failed in early December and they had their Tech (Alec) out to repair it the same day. Problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Earlier in the year, their Tech (Mike) checked and serviced my AC units. Both Alec and Mike were friendly, courteous, knowledgable and capable.
Oh, and... the price was right too. I'm very satisfied with Ideal Comfort and recommend them highly.
Feeling like this business is dishonest. Booked an appt last week for bathroom exhaust fan vent installation tomorrow. Was told I had to wait this long a week ago because it was unsafe for tech to be on the roof due to predicted snow earlier this week. It's been bone dry all week. So wondering now what the tech has been doing the last three days if he couldn't work due to the non-existent snow? Now they've just cancelled my appt for tomorrow because tech is supposedly sick. They want to reschedule for 12 days from now. I have family coming late next week and wanted this work done before their arrival. When I asked if the tech was feeling better on Monday (4 days from now) if he would come then, I was told "we'll look into that and let you know" repeatedly. "You'll look into" the question of if the tech is healthy and can do the promised work on a date 4 days past original promised delivery and let me know? Seems like a "yes" or "no" question. hmm... Is the tech planning ahead of time on being sick for 12 days? Is no one in your company working all of next week? When I pressed them on this, they said they didn't want to promise anything they couldn't deliver on. So I asked how that was different than promising the tech would show up 12 days from now? I got a jumbled, flustered response. I'm pretty sure my project is low profit margin since it doesn't involve buying a product, just labor and they figure they can just push me back. I can understand the business practice, but I'm about 98% sure they're lying to me, which I don't find to be good business. Update 12/20/22= After posting this, Ideal did end up coming to install my exhaust vent on Monday, which was nice, and certainly appreciated. I'm still confused/concerned by what happened last week.
I recommend getting at less 4 to 5 bids before replacing your old A/C Heating system. I was impressed that the owner of Ideal Comfort came out and provided my bid. All of the other bids were within a few hundred dollars of each other. Ideals bid was thousands less than the others and provided a 17 Seer state of the art system to include a 12 year parts and LABOR warranty. Mike Cassity, owner of Ideal, checked in during the installation and followed and followed up a few days later. I was very impressed with the installation team and would highly recommend Ideal Comfort.
All of the people I spoke with at this company are friendly, open, and communicative. They did their best to make sure we were taken care of timely and with what worked best for our home. They were on-time, no surprises, professional and finished the job in less time than we expected. Definitely give them a call.

The entire team was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. We have no hesitations recommending and will work with them again in the future.

This company has huge communication and customer service/ satisfaction issues.
I requested a full furnace service and inspection./ a full a/c service and inspection AND my whole house humidifier looked at.I was crystal clear with Sara what I wanted looked at and serviced if needed. Ideal cancelled on me inconviencing me I accomidated rescheduling as I am a 10+ year customer I undtand stuff happen. I reiterated what I wanted done on my visit. TECH was here maybe 20 minutes. Had no equipment to check a/c - are you kidding me? Are you not professionals? THAT SHOULD BE 30% OFF BILL RIGHT THERE. He had no Filters for my Clean Comfort humidifier Ideal Comfort INSTALLED LAST YEAR. THAT SHOULD BE ANOTHER 30%OFF BILL. I had to run to Home Depot and buy a humidifier filter myself and install after he left. Tech claimed he knew nothing about A/C and Humidifier request. I spent over $8,000.00 with Ideal Comfort last year. You did 33% of what I requested yet you have the nerve to send me a full service bill. I made Ideal Comfort 100% aware on how Sara, the Tech and Ideal Comfort dropped the ball on this BEFORE THEY SENT me this bill and asked Sara to think about what was fair. The only call I get from Ideal Comfort / Sara is " Hi Mr. Xxxx I hear from my tech you want to sign up for our service plan"? Are you kidding me? Almost funny, I told tech the exact opposite.
Ideal comfort! This company truly went above and beyond for my family and I. During the holidays our furnace went out, and we had no heat. We reached out to our home warranty company and were told they were backed up on their schedule and also not working during holiday weekends. When I spoke with Mike from ideal comfort he assured me they would get in as soon as possible even if it was a holiday weekend. They even accommodated our work schedules! Jeremy found the problem right away and made several attempts to reach out to our home warranty company. Ideal comfort made three different service calls to the house and also spent several hours on the phone trying to work with the warranty company! The warranty company did not offer any answers or resolution. They refused to cover the cost of the repair, and said it was due to an ongoing issue. Jermery assured the home warranty company this was not due to an ongoing issue. They even contacted the manufacturer of the parts to see if this could be covered. I cannot thank Ideal comfort enough for all the help and service they provided to me at this time. During such a difficult time for my family and I, I really felt they cared. They assured me they would still help my family and I. They covered the entire cost of everything needed! I can’t even explained what a blessing this was for my family and I!! Ideal comfort is the best in the business. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs and I will definitely be a lifelong customer. I know they care about their clients and the work they provide. (I have also cancelled my useless home warranty!)
