Jonathon did an excellent job. We really appreciate IMS assisting us immediately before a snow storm hit. Overall, it was great experience and top-notch customer service all around.

The service was great. I discovered them at Home Depot for a yearly cleaning and they were $100 cheaper than another company I was going to use who cancelled on me twice due to weather. Mitchell answered all of my questions, gave an honest assessment, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything.

These guys are great! They got a person out when our furnace stopped working within 3 hours of calling. It was fixed and good to go with a snow storm and very cold temperatures coming in. Thanks Mitch!

THEIR FAILURE TO PLAN IS OUR PROBLEM.
National news predicted severe cold front coming for several days. We all knew it but apparently the service manager at IMS did not because "I can't predict the weather." I confirmed the previous night my appointment and stayed home from work for the 4-hour work window from 1 - 5 PM. At 12:40 PM I got a call asking to reschedule because of emergency repairs for furnace outages caused by the severe cold front. I told them that I had already stayed home from work. At 1 PM I got a call from service manager telling me that I HAD to reschedule. He offered no discount after I stayed home from work because "I can't predict the weather."

Our tech was polite and professional. He leveled our AC unit at a fair and affordable price.

We have used IMS for 16 years. They have always been trustworthy & caring, and have gone above and beyond to help. No upselling. They just let you know status of the systems. Truly great folks & business. Highly recommend!

While new HVAC system replacements are not cheap IMS had pricing better than the competition. Their process from evaluation through installation was low pressure, informative, and done with service that went above and beyond. Thanks to Daniel for working to get me the right pricing on the right system and feature set. Thanks to Daryn for the excellent work on the install and going beyond what he had to cover up the long run of outdoor hard line in a much more pleasant plastic housing.

This company is great, start to finish in my opinion. The customer service is actually almost enjoyable. Very courteous, easy to speak with, and very knowledgeable reps. that speak with you during your initial call. I would say they are the triage.
Service call was easy to set up.Took only about 10 mins.
Technician’s arrived on time with a 30 min out “ heads up” call. Perfect!!!
The technicians got my heater working in no time! I was very impressed. They didn’t just say “ okay heat is on” and leave, they actually did work to find out the cause that eventually led to the fact that my upstairs floor had no return air vents! Back to the builder. Wow!
