Professionally managed project. The tech arrived promptly and discovered an issue which complicated completion. He explained the issue, the fix and a new estimated time to completion. The work was performed effectively and the tech cleaned up thoroughly before he left. I was happy with this last job and I am confident in all the work IMS has performed for me. Terrific customer service.

Have quota from 3 different heating companies. All for the same Carrier- one stage Furnance. IMS price was the lowest by mile. ($1,200 less from one, and whooping $4 k from another one. Again exactly same model. )They installed next day. (MiKE S) . Just fantastic service. Thanks

I feel many AIr companies try to exploit their customers- not IMS - they communicate effectively of what was needed to get an AC unit into my home. Explained everything I needed and gave me different price options for my needs.

Had a complete new Carrier HVAC system installed by IMS (via Home Depot). IMS discussed my requirements and I didn't feel that I was being sold anything I didn't need or want. They called when they said they would, and turned up on time, explained everything in detail, and I was very happy with their work. Only a week after install thus far, but currently a satisfied customer.

IMS did a great job! Not only did they beat quotes I got from other companies, they got me in as soon as they could and worked with me around my work schedule and were very helpful with my many phone calls 😅 quality and quantity expectations were met and exceeded! Highly recommend! No longer melting in my home with fans everywhere!!!

IMS is amazing! I can't say enough about them. From ownership, staff in the office, installers, techs, you name it they are fantastic! Have worked with IMS for 15 years, on new constructions, retrofit mini-splits, full system replacements of older units, service dept, etc. I am always very impressed and can highly recommend them. Prices are very competitive, communication is top notch! They regularly service existing units on my rentals, all their departments are great to work with!!! One of the best HVAC companies anywhere, and they are right here in Northern Colorado!

IMS Heating was recommended to me by someone after I didn't a response back from a different server who had came out to "look" at an issue I had with my furnace fan. I had schedule an appointment online but they called back quickly and rescheduled me for something sooner which is a plus. We decided to go with IMS because they were professional, straight forward with all their answers and didn't try to upsell and their communication was beyond expectations. We had our entire HVAC system installed in 2 days and couldn't be happier with how everything is running.

IMS did a fantastic job! They were polite and friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves very nicely. AND they finished the job almost a whole earlier than estimated! Highly recommend giving them a call. Also, we contracted with them directly, not through Home Depot.
