IMS was professional right from the start. Their communication was excellent, it was always easy to get in touch with our sales rep AND to talk to an actual person on the phone in the main office. There were some issues involved with our install as a result of COVID (the delivery of parts was backed up about a month), but IMS has appropriate communication with us throughout the process. I was very impressed with our install, we love our ductless air conditioning, and I would absolutely recommend IMS.

IMS sticker on the furnace of our new house, built in 2019. "Any day, any time, a live person will answer the phone." Spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for anyone to answer. Finally had to give up and call someone else.

John Barrett Was great! He installed the a/c unit for our new build and did a great job. The area where the unit was placed had a steep slope. We were informed to get retaining cement blocks for the install and he was able to level out the area and install the unit perfectly! He was very nice, professional, respectful of our home and well experienced!

I recently had my 20 year old Carrier furnace replaced with a new 97% efficient Carrier furnace and AC coil The installers did a very professional job . They were on time, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. PS they replaced my Outdoor AC unit a few years back, and sent a team out on the 4th of July. That's service!!

Elijah was great. Very friendly and professional. Getting an ac repair is definitely not something someone looks forward to. However, the service was great and it’s already feeling better in my house

We just bought our house less than three months ago. We needed our ac installed. We had two wonderful guys come out and install our ac unit. They were fast, efficient, and friendly! Very happy to have ac on one of the hottest weekends of the summer. Aaron was the initial technician who came out to look at what they would have to do. He never tried to outsell any of their units that were advertised as “excellent” and explained how the unit we got (we got the good) would do the exact same job and with just as good of quality. I’m very happy with this service

IMS was very helpful through the whole process with Covid shutdown and found a new furnace for me and installed it very quickly. The thermostat works great too. The two young men who installed it were very helpful and careful and cleaned everything before the left. I absolutely loved the team that came out to install our unit. They were very knowledgeable, fun to have around,respectful and made sure all was well before they left. They explained everything in detail and took the time to answer our questions and concerns. Michelle at the office is also absolutely wonderful! Thank you IMS!! Your team is amazing!! The technician was on time and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product he was servicing. I didn't really agree with his assessment that the system had overheated due to a clogged filter since I replace my filters monthly. But, he was able to get me up and going and everything is working perfectly again. Kudos to IMS Heating and Air.
