They showed up on time did a great job. They were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to use my new ductless system and I must say he had explain things a couple times to me and he was very patient.
I used the heater last night had it set it at 72 and my house was very comfortable all night. I can’t wait to see how it works over the summer. If you’re thinking about getting a ductless system, please consider IMS heating and air. You won’t be disappointed.

My experience with IMS has been excellent. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly but they went out of their way to make this a great experience for something I'm sure we all dread dealing with. Recently our furnace went out prompting us to get quotes from 3 different HVAC companies. Ultimately we decided to go with IMS as we felt they had the best prices on quality units, outstanding warranties on both labor and parts, and they were very friendly and informative. We bought a new AC unit as well as a new Furnace and had them installed by IMS. They were very professional, stayed until the job was 100% complete, and cleaned up once the work was complete. Overall I am very satisfied with their work and the team was great.

Aaron was transparent, thorough and flexible during the consultation and sales process. Michelle and Trina were friendly, professional during the scheduling process and they arranged for a team of 4 to show-up the morning after we approved the contract. Tanner, Nate, Justin and Andy were professional, experienced and good communicators and completed a quality installation with little disruption, They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Tanner was great in the final testing and walkthrough. I secured 3 bids and IMS’ pricing was reasonable with better warranty terms.

We had Dylan come out after setting up an appointment at Home Depot for a routine furnace inspection. We were informed that both blower motors needed to be replaced on our furnaces and the total parts and labor would be $2,700! The next morning, our furnace in the basement wasn’t working and they wanted to charge us to come out for another service call to take a look at it. We told them we would have another company come out and take a look at it since it was suspicious. Low and behold, the gas was shut off to the downstairs furnace.

We had the blower motor replaced, wheel cleaned and new capacitor installed for $1,000, which was all the work that was needed. Thank you impact heating and cooling for your honest work. STAY AWAY FROM IMS!!

Rep in Home Depot was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was her work that got the job ultimately. Estimator in house was amazing too. He was responsive, had excellent follow through, came to the house twice without hesitation or delay. Installer and assistant were awesome, he worked super hard and skillfully placing the retro fit AC how we wanted it in this surprisingly tricky raised ranch home.

Very professional crew that worked efficiently and cleanly. Had my entire retrofit done in 1 day despite structural and electrical problems that were encountered. Also took the time to review the install and answered all my questions. Very positive experience all around.
