Wonderful service and installation! It was a two day total HVAC install. The team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thankful to have the AC up and running for the rest of summer!

The installation was awesome! IMS sent a sub-contractor to conduct the install and he was really awesome! John showed me everything I needed to do with my system, how to turn on my humidifier, and explained my air purifier perfectly for me. He did the job quickly, and by noon, our AC was up and running! If you’re going with IMS, ask for John! This guy was professional, fast, courteous with me and with my wife. When I need a tune up, or anything else from IMS, I will definitely ask for John. With the heat ramping up, I am glad to have my AC in now!

I would like to thank Dylan who provided the services listed above. He took the time to explain any questions we had and was very professional. After Dylan provided the necessary work on our HVAC system it preformed better than it had in a long while. I would highly recommending that you ask for Dylan to come and provide the service requested. I know we will.

Daryn and his helper did a excellent job installing our humidifier and I would recommend IMS to any one needing plumbing servies. We also have had them do other work.

I am really impressed with this company. I was able to get an amazing financing deal using my Home Depot credit card and they installed an additional mini split head onto my existing mini split air conditioning system. The install itself went well and I was really happy with the system. My mini split system recently started having cooling issues. Long story short, the company who originally installed my system was of very little help and tried to shift the blame onto IMS. It took over 2 weeks to get the first company to my home. As soon as I called and told IMS what was going on, they were out the very next day. Shauna was very patient with me on the phone when I had to call back a few times and try to schedule around my work commitments (Thank you!). Jordan, the technician who came to my home, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. He able to resolve the issue quickly even though the problem was likely not caused by his company. IMS truly cares about their customers and they go out of their way to make sure they are taken care of. I plan to use them for any future air conditioning needs!

Technician arrived at the beginning of the indicated time range. Scheduled service was just standard maintenance of my furnace. I inquired about replacing my thermostat for one that I could control with my phone. He had parts in his truck and was able to make the installation immediately. Technician was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Great service overall.

IMS was pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Tiffany who answered the phone, got me on the schedule quickly and was very professional. Elijah showed up as the main Technician and he brought Jon whom he was training. Both were very informative and professional. They were informative about repairs but didn't make me feel like they were going to take me for all I was worth. My budget is tight at the moment so I couldn't do the repairs up front, and they didn't make me feel like I had to or my AC was going to be held hostage. I 100% plan on using this company in the future to do the repairs and for any of my future HVAC needs. IMS also constantly has deals going on, so for anyone reading this review, I would check out their deals every once in awhile.

Both technicians were polite, professional and worked hard to complete our furnace and ac retrofit. All work was exceptional and we look forward to years of comfort.

I moved into a new build that they had put the heater in and I asked them for a quote for an air conditioner. They stated they did not need to send anyone out, that they could do it over email. I get a quote and set up an appointment. They get to my house and tell me they do not set concrete pads but instead use plastic and then let me know they will be charging me extra for the slope next to my house (which they already knew was there). I called their supervisor and he admitted on the phone he knew there was a slope there. So beware. Their quotes are so low because they only do half the work that is expected..... and to answer their comment when I called the office and asked if I would be charged extra the woman said yes. After I wrote many reviews, let them know I was recording the phone conversations and asked for my deposit back then they changed their story and stated they were not going to charge me more. Just seriously beware of this company it was a nightmare.
