John showed up on time. He had the problem fixed quickly, and realized John, my wife, and myself all grew up in the same area. Would use him again for sure!

My experience with Cooper brothers Inc has been very good. The did a thorough job when installing a new a AC unit and also following for service needs. I am happy with the experience so far

John was awesome. He was on time, quickly assessed and fixed the root cause of my heater not coming on.

We have used Cooper Brothers for ten years and they have always provided knowledgeable, excellent service. Recently, our 40 year old heater broke and we had them replace our heater. I have never experience such a well-heated home. Some how even the rooms that never seemed to be heated are pleasant without a lot of dust being blown around. They scheduled the installation and installed it in record time. So pleased with their service and their knowledge about heating and cooling.

We had both a new furnace and A/C units installed by 72 Degrees about 3 years ago. We thought Mitch and his crew were awesome then, and after a recent service call we feel the same way today. Our furnace started short-cycling (turning on and off during the heating cycle). Sean from 72 Degrees service showed up on time as promised. He spent about 20 minutes evaluating the furnace and thought the gas regulator needed an adjustment. After doing the adjustment he offered to spend time re-balancing the heat registers. Up into the attic he went. When he was finished I pulled out my check book and was told there was no-charge for the visit. I can't promise that 72 Degrees will do your service for free but they are honest, do good work and show up as promised.

Troy and his crew were thorough and professional. They were on time, on budget, and able to work longer than the 'standard' work day to get the job done when they said they would. The job was replacing an old furnace with a replacement furnace, electronic air purifier, and an AC unit, and in addition they added a ventilation fan to the studio for what I felt was a reasonable fee as part of the job. Highly recommend.

This is the first time we call 72 degrees. Shaun Schofield, came to service our air conditioner. Twenty minutes prior he called to let me know he was on his way and sent me his picture by text. He was punctual within the time frame given. As soon as he arrived went right to work. Shaun, did a tune up today and explained why the unit failed. He speaks clear, calm and knows his work. It was a pleasure meeting Shaun and I will call again.

First, Maria is efficient and friendly. Shawn had a challenging mechanical issue. He trouble-shooted, then made the right decision. He was thorough; he contacted the mfg. who replaced the part w/o charge to us.
Shawn listens, is easy to work with, and is an excellent rep. for Coopers.

Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable, Shaun diagnosed the issue with heater overloading the fuses. Needed a more efficient motor and fuse box replaced. I thought the technician was fair and answered my questions to feel confident in the needed repairs.

Cooper Brothers were fantastic!!! Mitch came out replaced our whole system in one day with even getting up in the attic to install a fan for the two story. My daughter is blown away of all the cool air they're able to get. He knows his stuff. Very professional and what a hard worker. I'll be referring him to everyone and definitely will use them again when needed on our other properties. Thank you Cooper Brothers!!!
