Dennis was very professional and kind. He was able to make it out the same day and arrived on time. We needed a dryer repaired. He quickly took the dryer apart and diagnosed that it needed a new belt and two rollers. He had it done in less than 40 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Our whirlpool Cabrio dryer started making a horrible high pitch squeaking sound. I bought a new idler pulley for it but it was a bit of a challenge to try and install myself. I loved being able to book my appt online and received text message updates. Dennis was prompt and very professional. He completed the project in a timely manner and checked to ensure that everything was working properly. He even helped me vaccum the inside lint! Denise was punctual and professional repairing my samsung dryer. The drum was a special order which took two weeks, but he was out installing it as soon as he got it. Now i have a working dryer and that is such a relief given the covid-19 pandemic time frame.

I though that I would have to throw out the refrigerator, at least so they said in other repair companies. I didn't really like it: the refregirator doors were made on special order in the general style of kitchen furniture.
