My wall heater was unable to turn on. I called the Cooper Brothers heating company for repairing it. When the dispatched technician arrived and inspected the heater, I was told that my wall heater needs to be replaced with a new one because there was two crack lines noted. I was also told there were only two options for me to choose, one was replacing it, and other was asking other people to do it, but not him because of his safety concerns. I decided to change it because of the cracks found by the technician. However, when the technician removed my original wall heater next day and tried to install a new one, I could not find any cracks on the old one. Therefore, I asked the technician to show me where were the cracks he found? The technician suddenly became very agitated and shouted that “ If you changed your mind not to replace it, I can place the old one back and go home. I suppose to be with my family today. You wasted my time.” I assured him that I would surely like to change the old heater if he could kindly show me where the cracks were.” He yelled that “you go and ask somebody to do it. I am done. I am putting the old one back and leaving.”
In the end, nothing was done by the Cooper Brothers Heating company.

We needed urgent service when our 1975 furnace failed. They did a great job inspecting our unit and explaining our options between repair vs new. We chose the installation of of a new furnace. What really impressed us was how clean the area was after the installation and the installers patience in demonstrating our new thermostat. Thank you.

The original thermostat that came with my house was not working properly. I went onto the Carrier website where they provided referrals and Cooper Brothers just happened to be one of them. They were actually my second call and I chose to go with them due to availability and transparency where prices were concerned. John Chaboya was the technician who was sent out to install my new thermostat and he did a great job!!!! Very happy with his work and appreciated his knowledge on furnaces. I learned some new things that will be helpful in the future! With that said, very happy with my Ecobee!!!! Set up was super easy!!!! 😊

Best experience so far and highly recommend for all your HVAC work! Maria coordinates and communicates every steps clearly. Mitch and the team did fantastic job installing AC and furnace for me. They offer reasonable price and top tier professional works. The team is always on time and communicates everything clearly by answering all my questions. They realized one of my pipe was broken and quickly figured out an alternative to install another pipe for me free or charge which is 1 day of extra work that could cause thousands more. Very honest people and would definitely do business again with them.

A friend recommended them to me when we had a breakdown in our AC unit this week. Jonathan from CB was helpful, knowledgeable, diligent, and a great human being. He took the time to explain what was wring, what options were available and what to do next. Cooper Brothers works hard to make your existing investment work rather then trying to sell you new stuff. I highly recommend them to anyone and also recommend to contract with them to service your system twice a year. It will make your HVAC last longer. Our technician, Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and really great to work with. He answered all of our questions, gave us a lot of great tips, and did a really through job replacing some parts in our system. Cooper Brothers was quick to respond to our request, sent someone out quickly, and was extremely transparent with cost and options. I would highly recommend them.

I have used their services twice till now. John from Cooper Brothers helped both time. He is very professional, detailed and takes ownership of the job at hand. Last year my AC was giving me trouble for which i paid $400 to some other company to fix. They just put in gas and left. Then I called Cooper Brothers. John found the issue, and fixed it thoroughly. This year there was similar issue in AC, and cooper brothers backed up their work fixing it in warranty :).

I also became member - which gives me two hvac system checkup every year. I think that is totally worth it. Ask for John if he services your area.
