Excellent service - right on time and very helpful. We had to move a range vent pipe under our kitchen floor without access to a crawl space. Patrick did a great job making this tricky job work.

I would definitely recommend this business and service from technician Patrick, he did a inspection on the heater and explained step-by-step what he was going to do, he is very professional and friendly with great customer service from the minute he stepped in the front door using shoe covers so courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend this company along With what great customer service I received.

Shaun from 72 degrees showed up exactly on time, was prepared with parts for my unit ahead of time, was super knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job. He was also super nice and even brought his own shoe covers which he wore while in our home. Serious professional who knows his stuff! Saved us from a heatwave when our AC went out!!!!

We love our new furnace. Staffs from 72 Degrees are very professional and informative. They are the right people to call if you need heating services.

Intermittent problem, hard to diagnose. The technician (John) was persistent and took time to diagnose and fix it. Really impressed with the service and that is not the first time this company helped and in a very timely way.

Patrick was very professional, friendly and very neat in his work. He explained what caused our problem and what was needed to fix it. I would recommend him.

I rarely write a reviews, If i do, i try to be reasonable.

So i deduct one star for each mistake and give one for things i liked.

Pros:
1 ) The quote process was good and strait forward.
2 ) Price was reasonable compared to other competitors.
3 ) The techs know what they are doing, considering the work done on my house.

Cons:
These are the issues i have with the work done:
1 ) I entered the attic 2 months after the job was done and they left some of the garbage trash boxes (duct work items) inside instead of taking it out. Isn't it a fire hazard?
2 ) i paid for duct work and all of it was not done. One of the room's duck work was not done correctly and cramped so bad that the air flow was restricted and we barley get a air flow.

You can do business with them if you watch the tech what they are doing! And go inside and see before they leave. If you do this, i guess it will be ok.

Sean has been our heating n air conditioning maintenance person for years. He’s honest, personable, professional, reliable and knows everything about our air conditioner n heating systems. Will always ask for him!
