Both my AC and heater no longer turned on via my thermostat. I initially thought it was due to the old age of my appliances, therefore, I contacted 72 degrees Cooper Brothers to have a consultation. They have different people for different services (i.e. replacement vs repair). At the time, I figured I needed a replacement. Mitch was their sales representative who made the first house visit. He went above and beyond to help trouble-shoot and diagnose the issue. I never felt pressured to just replace the whole system. He was able to identify the root problem which was the broken circuit board. He coordinated to have their office schedule a repairman to come within a few days. Before I move on to the repair, I wanted to mention that Mitch made a house call because they had the wrong phone number and couldn't get a hold of me to schedule the repair. Mitch made the effort to come to my house to check to make sure they had the right phone number. I just couldn't believe he went out of his way to do that. It was truly appreciated. If I do end up replacing my HVAC system, Mitch will be my go-to guy!

On to the repair process. They were able to get a repairman, Troy, to come within a few days. He was super friendly and was very patient and understanding of my 3 barking dogs lol. He was able to get the repair done in a timely manner (less than 2 hours) with no major complications. We now have a working heater again without having to replace much!

This is my first encounter working with an HVAC service and I felt very well taken care of by this team. From being responsive to getting a quick consultation to having someone come by my place because they had a minor hiccup with my phone number. That service alone is just above and beyond. I do not plan to look elsewhere for my HVAC needs. This team definitely knows their stuff. They took really good care of me and I truly appreciate their work.

What a great experience! From initial consultation, installation, inspection support, maintenance and troubleshooting, these guys have been wonderful! Great, friendly and professional customer service! They are a perfectly sized company. More experience and training compared to the 1-2 man shops but not as big as some of the other “chain”. For example, they don’t have people in several depts that don’t talk to each other. They are really focused on providing reasonably priced products and great customer service. I've worked with Cooper Brothers a few times in the last couple years - they have always been professional, courteous, clean, and kind. I have worked with Patrick the most and I really appreciate his persistence to drill down to the issue (even when it meant waiting a long time for an intermittent issue). I always felt like he was there to help and was going to take the time to fully resolve the issue - and inform me of what was going on along the way. He has gone above and beyond! I had a ton of questions and he was always patient and thorough, explaining to me what happened and what the plan was to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend these guys - also recommend their maintenance program to make sure equipment is functional and safe during the changing seasons.

Knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly service explaining what Carrier OEM parts had failed and what functions they performed, replacing them with genuine Carrier AC parts. Will definitely use Cooper Bros. for all my future HVAC needs.

Had Patrick come out to check leak from Furnace/AC unit. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed how quickly he assessed the issue. He then checked out the rest of the unit for safety.

Patrick, is exceptionally professional and customer oriented in educating his clients in the operation and maintenance issues needed to enhance the proficient performance of HVAC systems. During his visit, he also pointed out several problems with the installation that was done, following the purchase of the system a year ago. Wednesday 09/09/20 I had scheduled a Air Conditioning Service for my Townhouse in South San Jose. Its been probably a little over 10 years since the last servicing that was performed. My window was from 8:00 Am to 10:00 Am. First off my technician named Patrick called about 15 minutes before arrival and was there promptly on time. He followed all protocol for his arrival, mask identification and booties when coming inside my house. He went over everything as it related to my AC unit on top of the roof. We discussed maintenance and what services he would be doing for us. Patrick was very thorough and extremely professional. He showed me some parts that needed replacing and added Freon to my AC unit. He also made suggestions for my filters and periodic maintenance over the course of this coming year. My AC unit is an old unit but with the servicing and replacement of a parts it is running about 5-7 degrees colder now. I am extremely happy with Copper Brothers and the services that they provide. Very professional, reasonable pricing and state of the art customer service. I would highly recommend them if you are needing a quote for a new AC unit or just for servicing. I even joined their annual services at only $15. per month. By doing this I saved over $200. Thanks Patrick for doing an awesome job!
