Everything was highly acceptable. Well nearly.
Pandemic supply chain issues caused some delays and I was close to giving up. When Cooper Bros was finally able to schedule it was literally a few days later that It had a beautiful new HVAC system. The technicians were top notch and I liked that they took the time to do it well. The sales and office staff were very responsive. Such a pleasant experience and I now feel like a queen with all these creature comforts.

The tech called before his time of arrival and was on time. He explained what he was going to do on his visit, he was very thorough and efficient, and cleaned up before he left. My husband and I have never had such a professional and pleasant service call. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing A/C service.

The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He interacted very kindly with my younger daughter and our dog. He was able to diagnose and fix the A/C unit during the visit and was transparent with options and their costs. Definitely recommend.

I usually don't leave reviews but in this case I had to make an exception. I don't know anyone at Cooper Brothers and I'm not paid/reimbursed by them in any way. With that said, I have to say they provided outstanding service. My heating system was blowing cold air and had to have them come out to fix the issue. From the initial call to set up the appointment to the time the worker, Patrick, left...I couldn't have asked for better service. I wouldn't hesitate to call Cooper Brothers again for any maintenance or fixes that I may need. Also, their employee, Patrick...nothing short of professional, hard working, and knowledgable.
