I spoke with Frank and he was super helpful and informative. I am not yet ready to hire, just trying to find compliant systems with the city codes but no one is willing to give info without a site visit. Frank however was super helpful and gave me the info I needed. He made a good impression. I will definitely consider them when it’s time for the installation!

The technician who arrived at my home was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and the proposed solution. I am very pleased with the new Trane A/C and Heating system that was installed by "Advantage Heating and Sheet Metal, Inc." The sales rep, Frank, was extremely responsive and provided top-notch service and timely installation scheduling. The installers, Armando and Joey, managed to get the new system installed in one day. Everything is working beautifully, especially with this latest heat wave. I couldn't ask for a better team of people to work with!

I got in touch with Advantage heating & sheet metal and right away their office admin was able to schedule an appointment for Frank to come out the very next day. It was clear after doing a walk through of my project of adding a full brand new central heat/ A/C system with all new ducting that Frank was much more knowledgeable compared to other companies I had contacted. Even better was that after making a deal with Frank his team was able to show up the next day and got it finished in 2.5 days! This was also the week of Christmas Day so it was amazing have it all ready for the holidays! Frank delivered the new units personally along with his 2 installers David & Misael who were both extremely professional and respectful of my house as well! They knocked it out with an extremely high quality install and I could not be happier with the outcome of the finished project.

The moment we spoke with Frank we new we were in good hands. We asked for a quote, which he gave during that first phone call. We added a few items and those items were taken care of and the price adjustments were reasonable and easily agreed to. The staff that came to do the work were professional and respectful. They did their job, left the place clean and managed work around us because we were working from home. Let's start with Customer Service. Frank responded to my quote request the same day. He offered to show up that evening (which I was not ready for). We agreed on the following day. He was very honest regarding our addition of AC and the replacing of our heating unit. He explained their product line that ADVANTAGE has and why they carry them. His quote was very reasonable and offered to start within days. We accepted and they started the install process. During their in process inspection, they found a slight disconnect of existing air duct in the attic and fixed it. It was something me and my spouse wondered about for years. Work completed! After almost 1 year, our house is now cool in the summer. With the new heating unit and repaired "heat leak" in our attic, our house heats much quicker and our winter heating bill is lower.
I wish all of our local services were like ADVANTAGE.
Bottom Line: Frank is professional and true to his word.

Great company, great crews. I've got three crews of fantastic workers on my site and I'm happy with every one of them. Nectaly, Tomas, Oscar, Gustavo, Misael, and anyone I'm missing. You guys do a great job, and our homeowners are lucky to have had you here.

We recently replaced our gas furnace with a new Trane heat pump. Advantage Heating was great to work with. We got a great price on the system and installation, and they finished the install in one day. We're also keeping the house warmer this winter and spending a lot less for PG&E than we did with the gas furnace.

Advantage installed a new Trane top of the line heat pump system to replace my gas furnace and old central air conditioning system. The work was done just days after I signed the contract. They estimated that it would take about 2 days from start to finish, but they deployed a large number of workers who were able to complete the entire job in just one day! They did a very good job, and were amazingly responsive when I needed a tech to return to make some minor adjustments.

My only reasons for not giving them a 5 star rating is that they did not leave the job site in a pristine condition. I needed to clean up a bit afterwards. They also misconfigured the new circuit breakers, although they remedied the error immediately after I sent them a photo of the misconfigured panel. All in all, they did a fine job and provided excellent customer service.

Frank knows ductless mini-split systems! He walked me through exactly what we needed so that we could get the most efficient system for our situation, spending his own time to help a stranger -- now a happy customer! Highly recommended for courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge.
