Shaun Schofield, Troy & Maria are the Best! Great people Great Company! They are professional, kind and operate with integrity. They value their customers and employees alike. We've used them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They go above and beyond the call of duty for us on several occasions, waiting for hours at suppliers for parts to come in & working overtime to install during a triple digit heatwave to ensure we are comfortable. We can't thank them enough and more than highly recommend them!

Patrick has been wonderful from the start. It was a long process as my replacement was back ordered but in the end it was totally worth the wait. Patrick with Dillon’s assistance fixed my AC unit. It is working even better than when it was first installed. I am so grateful to Patrick and Cooper brothers.

The service person, Patrick arrived exactly on time and gave us a call ahead of time to confirm. This was our annual checkup. He did an extremely thorough examination of our furnace and found that it was potentially leaking carbon dioxide. Also the fan motor was wobbling and would have needed to be replaced.The furnace is 22 years old so no real surprise. Explained different models to replace our furnace. He was very thorough and genuine in his information. Because we are a club member we also will receive a 5% discount on our new furnace. Since this was a serious issue, Patrick was able to schedule us for a new furnace the next day. We have been very happy with their service for many years and this is just another example.

My A/C unit stopped working and I called Cooper Brothers and they came out to my house in two days. Sean analyzed the problem and presented me with details of my A/C issues. It turned into a bigger job than I originally thought it would be, so Sean called in another technician and they were able to get my A/C unit up and running again. Sean stayed past 6pm to shown me how to program my new thermostats. Sean is awesome and I highly recommend Cooper Brothers!

Patrick was our service technician who walked us through all aspects of what was needed to replace our furnace and keep our system running smoothly through out the year. His can do attitude and attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you Patrick

I have used 72 Degrees / Copper Brothers through the years. The whole staff is very professional, courteous, helpful! Patrick serviced my unit today. What a gem! He showed me parts that needed replacement and why. Spoke my language so I could understand. So many great qualities besides knowing his business - patient, informative, courteous, helpful, kind - you name it. Completely trusted in his recommendations - makes eye contact when he speaks. I signed up for monthly maintenance. Highly recommend! Ohh and the company texted a picture of Patrick when he was on his way. He called before arrival. Wore mask, booties, etc - so happy to have air conditioning again! Thank you for the prompt and exceptional service!

Office rep response, scheduling and service is good. They proposed replacing parts but I didn't do it as thought of replacing furnace rather repairs based on the age. Tech changed filter, cleaned everything and explained.
I felt that replacing Thermostat is a bit expensive other than that no complaints as of now.

Repaired water heater. Technician, Patrick, was prompt, courteous, professional. Kept me informed of my options. Went out of the way to ensure he repaired my water heater on the same day even though it took several hours. Thanks so much!!
