Sean came over and was great! Helped us fix our furnace quickly and saved us from having to buy a new one. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly so we know what's going on. We had a great experience.

Great Job, Great Service! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He did the repair, and then found another major issue that easily improved our efficiency by 50%. Because the ducting was actually separated in one spot. So grateful that he was able to resolve that and restore heating to the master bedroom.

The maintenance person came out on a call when our A/C had stopped working. He was on time and knew immediately what the problem was. He had the replacement part with him that was needed and in very short order had replaced the part and had the A/C up and running. We were very happy with the service.

The dispatcher at Cooper Bros. was very responsive to our call and had arranged for a visit by their repairman within two hours. The repair was quickly done as well as an analysis and explanation of possible issues in the future that we could avoid via preventive enhancements to our heating system. I'm extremely satisfied with Cooper Bros.' performance and customer service.

The problem I had was identified quickly and I was given a clear list of items that should be taken care and some things that would be nice to do. I appreciated the information and the repairs were done on the same day at a reasonable price. I will be using them for semiannual maintenance because I want my Carrier Infinity system to last for many years to come. I highly recommend this company.

My a/c wasn't working and I was afraid this would lead to a whole system replacement. Happily, it didn't!! My appointment was quickly on the calendar and the technician showed up on time. He was able to determine the problem right away, had a replacement part in his truck and fixed it immediately!! I am very satisfied with the service I received!! I recommend them!!

I have used Cooper Brothers several times over the years, including replacing my air conditioner unit in 2012. Monday September 28, 2020 I required air conditioner service. As usual a technician arrived at the scheduled time. The technician, Patrick, was friendly and courteous, and was promptly able to diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend Cooper Brothers.

Patrick, from Cooper Brothers 72 Degrees came around 4:20 and didn’t leave until almost 8:30 to ensure that the AC properly worked. He went above and beyond to fix the problem. He was very professional, has a great personality, he is very knowledgeable and he kept me informed of what he was doing to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Cooper Brothers 72 Degrees and ask for Patrick.

Sean was amazing. He is completely professional and knowledgeable. He got the job done efficiently and quickly. I will call him next time I need some more work done.
