I cannot say enough great things about Patrick and his professionalism. In addition to the annual maintenance service, he installed a new vent for the furnace since the one we had was not large enough. Patrick listened to the problem that problem that I described and knew immediately what the cause was and how to fix it. He let me know what the costs would be prior to starting, so no surprises at the end of the job. He even checked my membership because he noticed the sticker on the furnace and gave us an additional discount. Prior to leaving, Patrick checked all the heating vents to make sure everything was working. Then he cleared away his stuff and debris from a previous plumber. It was excellent customer service and we are so thankful!
