I've had amazing experiences with 72 Degrees Cooper Brothers since the very start. The technicians are polite, well trained, knowledgeable and experts in their field. One very cold incident right before Christmas, my heater unexpectedly stopped working and the technician who sold me the unit from another company couldn't figure it out. After trying for 3 very cold days, right in front of him I called Sean, described the problem and Sean reassured me he knew what was wrong and he could resolve the issue. And he did! What the technician from the other company was trying to tell/show me made no sense. He was trying to replace/adapt a part. Sean was not in the area but said he'd come by and fix the problem.The heater didn't need any parts, a very teeny tiny bug was the issue. I don't believe I was even charged for the visit. I actually look forward to seeing Sean come out and service my heater and air conditioner. I signed up for an annual service contract because it not only saves me money but for me it gives me a great sense of comfort knowing that the company has me on a regular service schedule to keep the life of my heater/air conditioner in tip top condition. They provide great customer service.

I would highly recommend this company for HVAC repair. My a/c was not functioning, and another company had told me that I need to replace the compressor (it is 22 years old, so Ok...).... I then called Cooper Brothers for a second opinion... Patrick did an extremely thorough job of diagnosing the problem and determined that there ware 2 places where the wiring was shorted, and performed the repairs... no need to replace the compressor! Very impressed with their rigor and will be happy to recommend Patrick and Cooper Brothers.

We’ve always had good experiences with 72 Degrees. Our most recent visit from Patrick was no exception. He was very professional and explained what our issues were and what he was doing to fix the problems. We would gladly use them again.

This was a second time that I have used 72 Degree the past 5 years. John was punctual and professional. He took the time to educate me about what I need to know about the furnace. I was happy and satisfied with his service and decided to enroll in their annual service. I strongly recommend 72 Degree, especially John. It’s the employees that make a company for what it is.
