During service call for heater technician said pilot was out. Did not seem to want to listen to the person that loves in the house. Tried to explain it works but take a while to turn on. He did not seem to get that on a 45 degree F morning that it could not be possible 75 F in the house unless the heat was on. He refused to listen and left. I think you should listen to the person that loves I. The house before jumping to conclusions....then we heard he was new smh

We had your guy come and do an yearly inspection and he sed that our unit needs coils that unit is like 3 years old how can the coils be bad I think that guy is just out to burn people very 😡 upset

I connected with We Care through Costco. Javier came out within the time window appointment. Called first prior to arrival. All I wanted was a basic system check to ensure my AC system was working properly. Javier provided just that in a professional and honest manner. No high pressure sales what so ever. Was very pleased that my system tested out just fine…..for now. No work was needed. If Javier is representative of the face of this company I would not hesitate using them in the future.
